the attempt to revive osrs
The problem with GWD was it released a lot of OP gear and it completely made skilling obsolete for moneymaking. Why RC at 300k/hr when you can kill monsters that drop hilts worth over 100M? Players either must have "challenging" GWD which means outrageously-priced and OP gear to justify it; or "farmable" GWD which means players will complain about a lack of end-game content because GWD is "too easy." PvM as endgame just doesn't work as well as PvP does.

GWD would be a horrible idea. People forget that PvP is endgame (as well as the primary focus) in OSRS. If you want PvM endgame, go play RS3.

Almost had four first dates today. Would've been a new record. I was really looking forward to utilizing my new "Shocked Vegeta" meme too :(

Really hoping Divination is as AFK as it seems. I simply don't have the free time (or the patience) to spend on it otherwise.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
It was one of those things where I didn't realize how funny it was until after the fact. I guess I walked up to her really confidently/seductively without breaking eye contact and then when I finally got to her, I just anticlimactically asked her where the bathroom was and she started cracking up

What movie(s) did you last see?
I think I forgot to post earlier but I saw This is the End... twice. I thought it was that funny. Easily a 9/10. 10/10 is only reserved for Dumb and Dumber and Wet Hot American Summer-- my favorite comedies of all time.

Weekly Workout Plan
3-5% BF is like dangerous/unhealthy. 10-15% would be more accurate. >_> For a guy?!!? Brah you crazy. Active people/athletes should be no higher then 8%. And 5% would be more preferred. 3% might be abit low, but if you're a runner, it's certainly not going to be bad for you. Anything above 20% is overweight by technicality. And 10-15% is usually heavier people, not toned and usually have love handles, etc. (on guys). http://www.4hourlife.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Estimate-your-body-fat-Eyeballing-It-Male.pdf

Invite her back to your place for something stupid like movie night or to look at your stamp collection or to check out the cool stick you found in your back yard that morning. If she's not down, Charlie Brown, just do another coffee date with her.

Doesn't matter if she likes other guys as long as she likes you too. Also forgot to mention that you shouldn't let your first dates run past an hour :P But good to know it seemed to go well. Set up a 2nd date with her in a day or two. With a 3hr date, I'd say make it 3 days, and be sure to make sure the date doesn't run much over an hour and a half. Keep her curious about your life and what you do, don't spill the beans all so quickly. The reason you keep the first date limited to about 1 hour is because past an hour, you're getting diminishing "returns" on your time-investment. In some cases, you're not getting any returns at all; you're just shooting yourself in the foot! (But like I said, I suspect in this case it's the former). No, stick to 1-2 days for scheduling the second date. It's kinda weird/needy if you text her the day of or immediately into the next day. If you wait too long (more than 2 days) she's going to forget about you and you'll lose priority to all the other guys she has access to. Hell, you'll probably start forgetting about her too if you wait that long. If she really likes you, though, she'll be the one to text you first.

Regarding "who pays" comments... You pay for all of it. If (and only if) she volunteers to pay for her share or whatever, ask her if she's sure, and if she is, then be like, "Ok, I really don't mind paying but if you're cool with it, thanks!" Or, even better, do what I do and arrive 5 minutes after she does. She'll probably have already ordered something then you just sit down and start talking to her without ordering anything yourself (or for her). That's how you have free coffee dates  Try your best to let her do the vast majority of the talking. Just keep asking questions. Lean back, just relax. Make lots of eye contact when you're speaking. Feel free to look around and act bored when she's speaking. The most important thing you can do though is touch her. It doesn't have to be anything too sexual; after you've been talking for like 10-15 minutes, all you have to do is just start holding/caressing her hand/forearm and then resume the conversation. Don't worry about "escalating" beyond that. Don't even try to be suave or "cool" about this. I can almost guarantee it's going to be kind of awkward when you do it, and that's completely fine. The first time I started touching a girl's arm, I accidentally knocked her beer over as I went for her arm. But after I was holding her hand, that didn't matter anymore. :D If you don't touch her, the odds of you getting "friendzoned" skyrocket. So, don't: - talk a lot - look anxious/nervous - avoid touching her

Well not really. There's a difference between growing up without a mom; and growing up with both a mom and a dad, except that they just don't live together. The conclusion of the thread seems to be that raising children where the mom and dad live separate from each other is superior to raising children where the mom and dad live together. But ultimately, the most important thing is that the child has a mother- and father-figure in their life... and ideally the mother and father figure aren't constantly bickering with each other or putting each other down in front of the children.

Long hair works great on guys as long as they're in shape. I've got a friend who looks like Fabio cuz of his long hair and women love it. My brother also has long hair, but he looks more like Tom Cruise from The Last Samurai and women love that too. Long hair just ends up looking really nerdy if you're a skinny guy and don't know how to take care of it. How do you possibly know this? Did you search through every single of the 119 likes to check their gender? I briefly scrolled through the list and didn't see any men.

I'll just quote the caption of the photo: "Here it is...8.5 inches! Haven't had my hair this short since I was 14 years old." it's basically an inch past her chin

girl on my Facebook newsfeed uploaded a pic of her new haircut (short hair). sigh, another otherwise-hot friend of mine cuts her hair short as she succumbs to the post-grad boring suburban lifestyle. 66 people "like" her short hair. All of them are women, of course. :P
