  1. So basically, be a [bleep] or be pro. sorry, I'm in a bad mood atm lol. What if, you are a lvl 3 in each role, but have self esteem? Then what role do you pick?

    Noob dungers

Couldn't you just post in one of the other thousand topics just like this in here already? Those people probably have prom plates because they are short on a thing called luck. Why they join your team idk.
  3. goodcutting...lol but nice xp.
  4. Palm seeds are about 100k. Not everyone can afford that, times four or five, effectively making 400k or 500k, plus other tree expenses. Sure, herbs might pay for some of it, but I'm pretty sure that herbs don't break the trees even using palms (and maples, I'm assuming). I don't use the farming time myself, but I think it is a good addition.
  5. Elipses have three dots. on topic, I hate spears. They should liek bii abl two shuut one hyt k0 mage atts, and shuut dragons tuu. Tht wood kik asss, ae?
  6. This is a bit off topic, but I'd like to see skill armour. Instead of a 120 cape (or in addition to), you should be given a choice of mage, ranger, or melee skill armour. And to prevent abuse from 1 defence pures, but not make it completely useless in combat, the armour should have bonuses based on your defence level at the time of purchase. I don't know how hard it would be to code progressively upgrading armour based on a stat, but it would be nice if it did that. The armour would be in the cape's base color, trimming it with the trim color if you have multiple skillcapes. The sets would be body, helm, and legs, and would provide enhanced "bonuses" that we are discussing now. Like, for the agility suggestion, maybe you could run 20% or 15% faster. Cooking, you will never burn food. Farm, disease chance lowered by 80%. Idk, just some ideas. Also, the body would have the skill symbol on it. If I was any good with photoshop and such (or if i had it) I would design some prototypes, but I don't so...yeah.
  7. If that time table is right, then w0000000000000000000000000t, I'll be having the same cons lvl as you, maybe 95 :)
  8. Wow, that means I can budget nearly 3000 more planks. Better start wcing, pl0x. Also I might not have the cash...
  9. Work towards 85 slayer, I've heard it's very nice. Construction is a very good choice for the bxp weekend; atm I'm wcing mahoganies for planks. I have oaks stored for 87; I hope to have mahogany stored for 88 or 89, if I'm lucky.
  10. Isn't there already a sticky for this? But, I got a lvl 1 worth 1434 gp once, I don't remember what was in it though.
  11. LEEERRROOOOOOOY JENKINS That was awesome.
  12. I heard you can make 800 or so oak doors, which would be about one every 40 seconds or so, I think this is very doable. So, I think around 8000 planks/hr.
  13. How do I make these? I plan on making a blogscape thing here in a while, and I kinda want to know how.
  14. I'm tempted to buy some avantoe, and just save it until like two days before, and sell it for massive profit. I'm already set for oak planks.
  15. 1) Bots wc mahogany. 2) Bots sell mahogany keeping the prices low. 3) Bots use the mahogany to make planks, and 4) Bots keep mahogany planks (and all other planks using the same method) low. This is how any buyable skill becomes bearably expensive. Without bots, herb could be upwards of 1b, 800mil using the cheapest methods. Sure, bots are the annoying little [bleep]s at your tree or rock, and believe me, I hate them too, but if you ever plan on a buyable skillcape, we need them. I don't bot, but I know people who do, and they give the above reasons. And sure, bots may keep buyable skillcapes within the reason, but you might (and probably will, eventually) get reported, have your stats reset, and there's nothing you can do about it. So do the pros outweigh the cons? No, they don't. Here's why: I'll use yew logs as an example now. Yews are a very heavily botted resource, which keeps their prices at about 450-500 gp. Now, let's say all the bots are gone. For a short period of time, yew logs skyrocket to 800gp, the supply withers, but because yew logs are considered the best fletching xp for the money by many, or firemaking xp, the demand is smaller, but still there. Now, players see the high price of the yew logs, and begin to chop them. New players train wc, an easy skill, to 60 to chop yews. And after a few weeks, the price goes back to normal, without any bots. Assuming no one merches yew logs in that time.
  16. Oh wow, if you can do that many oak planks in that amount of time, I need more planks lol
  17. I don't think it is. We've got plenty of active forumers.
  18. And this thread is on a Runescape fansite because...
  19. A New World by Dark Moor. It's alright. *switches pandora station* Now it's Break Your Chains by Royal Hunt...mmm, but I'm gonna skip. Save Us by Dream Evil...ah what the heck, I'll listen to it.
  20. Ahem. Sweden: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lI11CiET3I Finland: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FLVgq3ZETU Discuss. I know it's not folk, but it's just so pro that it needs to be here.
  21. Your music taste is win.

  22. I'm not going to buy, but just as a tip: 850 is massively overpriced. If you plan on selling any of them, drop the price to somewhere around the GE price. Iron pl8s are used for alching mainly, so if you charge a huge amount, your potenial buyers will look for another seller/different item. The 500k off incentive is nice, but I don't think it'll be enough.
