Well FYI if there were no bots there you would get horrible mining xp and die a lot. So to put it this way, i'm fed up with people complaining about bots, this is just a game, you either play or you leave, stop whining, to be honest i stopped caring about bots a long time ago when i found out that this is of no use to me. Wut. Players aren't able to mine, therefore bots are good? I don't see the logic. :P Bots do not give you exp at LRC. People who don't afk won't die there. I smell rage. Well in the LRC the ammount of people mining a source doesn't really change anything so they don't stop players mining there and they do take a lot of the damage for you and make it so you don't have to pay attention. But still, if they were to combind the two LRC worlds together, there should be enough legit players that it isn't too much of an issue. I'm fed up with people complaining about complaining about bots, people are bound to do it with such a ridiculous ammount of bots, you don't have to read the posts or watch the videos, take your own advice and stop whining. :P

It is entirely possible to have Bilrach attend without the Daemonheim story coming up. The j mods confirmed many mahjaratt story lines won't come up in the ritual as there is too many of them, but that does not rule out characters being present. I mean we aren't likely to have any furtherance to the Enhkara and Anthankos feud plot arc, but both of them will be there. All it means/confirms to me is that whatever Bilrach is up to in Daemonheim won't come up in this quest, not that he won't show up; afterall between us sneaking around and cleverly located NPCs and scenery you could have all the mahjaratt there but us not be able to speak too or hear any of them. The main reason Bilrach went to Daemonheim was to keep from being sacrificed at the Ritual. The other Mahjarrat, even his fellow Zamorakians, found him to be incredibly weak. The only weaker possibly being Jhallan. He thought freeing Zamorak would give him that edge he needed to keep from being sacrificed. So why would he go to the Ritual without Zamorak? He'd do better to stay away, considering how incredibly weak he appears to be in the final letters. Not to mention the voices (likely not Zamorak) he keeps hearing in his head are telling him to "keep going" and he listens to them because he thinks they're from Zamorak himself. In other words, I don't think whatever it is would let him leave even if he wanted to. So while it's possible that he may attend, I wouldn't expect him. Well, actually, I don't think he was that weak, but more that most of the mahjarrat thought he was weak. I mean, Zamorak isn't going to make him the second in command, when there are better options. Also, he's very good with portals and stuff. I just think he kept his strength a secret to the others and so they underestimated him. But I do agree on his delvings in Daemonheim, he's severely tricked, and who knows if he is still alive? According to Zemouregal's notes it says Bilrach is of average strength.

I really wonder who buys all this runescape gold? I mean with the amount of bots we see there must be billions of rsgp being brought into the game on a daily basis... it's just crazy to think that they actually manage to sell that much gold for thousands of dollars. Really I can't see how so many people would be willing to buy that much gold.

Didn't Drumgun mention a lot earlier that he was becoming more tempted to take donations? I don't know, but I guess opinions change over time and if he decides to take donations, oh well. Each to their own I guess.

Haha figured this is the best place to post it; I've recently quit runescape because it was taking over my real life to the extent that my grades at school were suffering and I needed a change. Now I just feel empty... nothing really seems worth it anymore. Everything I do just seems pointless and a waste of time. I've taken up watching runescape videos and listning to Adele haha, because if I do anything eles, like watch youtube videos or play other games it seems so pointless. Because in the back of my mind I'm craving the scape. I mean I gusse I should learn to play guitar for CAS - (Which is a school thing where you have to do creative things like that. ) or study, but really I just can't motivate myself. I've been staying at school later than normal so I can get study done there. But as soon as I get home I just don't want to do anything. I've even tried sleeping at 6 o'clock just because Id rather not be conscious, but really theres only so much sleep you can get. Surley quite a few people here have gone through the same thing?

I like to read a lot of the help and advice topics, it often teachs me about thinks I didn't know existed.

I'd say pkings even worse, it drains supplies that no one gets. Like the food, the potions, the runes, range ammo. At least boxing doesn't really take any food or potions. :P

I think I might be. I just sat my I.O.P and WOW i should have spent some more time practicing, my presentation was terrible. Instead I scapped a lot yeasterday, when I really should have been rehearsing it.

Lol'ed here and stopped reading. You realize this is a game, as in entertainment. Not a job where you work your ass off to get promoted or to make ends meat, but a game. It has its problems, many of them to be exact. There is a lot of [cabbage] in here that is far from fair, but at the end of the day if you have fun then continue playing if you dont then leave. Personally I find acheiving a goal to be most of the fun in runescape. I don't like agility or runecrafting as such. But I do enjoy watching my skills level up. The grinding is just the hard work thats supposed to be required to get to reward at the end, which is the level up. Or whatever cape/quest/item you unlock by getting there. And to be honest, im sure im not the only one. Why? You've came to the rants forum, a place designed for people to vent thier fustration at the game and you're basically telling them to either quit and play something eles or to stop complaining. If you don't like people complaining about bots or anything to do with runescape, then don't come here.

I voted yes, and although I don't think my vote really counted for anything I regret it. I hate the bots and I can only see it getting worse. I've lost my once decent cash pile and now I can't even make a decent profit p/h at frost dragons. After all they hype of free trade I've realised I haven't gained anything. Really I've just lost out on my main source of money.

They said Obt was the one I need to please to get my recruit rank back. But I haven't seen Obt :(

I've said it before, but the tickets awarded at the end of each game mean nothing to me. I will never spend them, as I already own the only Castle Wars item I was ever interested in (a Guthix Halo - bought on the first day it was released). I do not rely on the rest of the team for anything; what they do throughout the course of each game is of no consequence to me. I could help the rest of the team accomplish their goal of winning, despite not sharing that same goal myself, but I have my reasons (which I've already explained a number of times, by the way). --> In short, loafing makes the grind much more tolerable, and since I'll have to grind Castle Wars games for several more months, this makes for a very attractive option. And you are correct in that I would never even consider cheating.That applies to castle wars though, but what about the rest of the mini games, in particular soul wars. Surley you care about the zeal? And anyway I doubt all loafers are in the same situation you are. No, I do understand why it would be frustrating for them - the bit I have trouble with is why they then decide to harass and falsely report me. It happens all the time, and seems like a gross overreaction to me, TBH. I don't blame them, people are [wagon] on the internet, and I don't think a lot of them would like you to get credit for thier hardwork when in all probability they don't like you. Yeah, he doesn't talk much and pays very little attention to the game. Hahah. AFAIK, he still loafs at Castle Wars because he wants to be #1 on the CW hiscores. It seems like a waste of time to me (especially considering how far ahead the frontrunner is), but I suppose when you have the Completionist Cape (t), there just isn't much left for you to do in RS anymore. :lol: Just wondering, with the limited ammount of thread that I have read, what mini games do you leech in?

-sigh- I don't mean to offend you, but I find that attitude to be incredibly selfish. It's funny in a way, as I'm often accused of being selfish for loafing, but preferring that someone break the rules rather than loaf so that you are personally benefited? None taken, I can see where your coming from but at the same time I think your being more selfish than I am. You don't help the team at all yet you share the same reward as the team. You put in about as much effort as the botter, yet the botter acctually makes it slightly easier on the rest of us. You however offer nothing and just rely on the rest of us to put alll the work in. Ideally you would help us, but as you seem unwilling to do so I would acctually rather you do cheat and bot to help the team out. But you probably don't want to risk your account or stick to some moral that you have. To be completley honest I don't see why you don't see where people are coming from when they're angry/fustrated with you and accuse you for being selfish. Not that I care a lot about how many castle wars tickets I get but I can understand why people would get angry when they really want tickets and are trying thier hardest to get them but they end up losing the game. Not because they didn't put in the effort but because some of the team just cbf helping him out. Oh and on a related note, I was playing castle wars a while ago and I saw Castle wars loafing on the enemy team. Nearly killed him but half way through he decided to walk down a ladder and I didn't bother following him because I was after the flag and didn't realise who he was.

I'd rather you bot than leech. At least that way im getting helped out in some way.

I think I read earlier that someone said that its more efficient to use the lamps on slayer and then cannon cave crawlers to max out melees and use those effigies on runecrafting.

Very productive few days. I finished my daggonoth task and got a bloodveld task, after hearing how great they were I decided to follow up on it and I did in Aid of the Myreque, darkness of hallowvale and legacy of seergaze, in which I got 93 attack. Halfway through this I realised I had enough quest points for While guthix sleeps so I decided to kill Bork and do that as well. Took me a few hour but it I enjoyed it a lot. Used the 400kxp to get 2 prayer and 2 summoning levels. Resulting in this: and .
