You can only play 6 hours straight without lobbying; at 6 hours exactly it kicks you. However, you can play for 5 hours, lobby, and then continue for another 6, as long as you don't lobby or drop connection during those 6 hours. If you did, you would be immediately kicked to the login screen and have to reload the client.

Now that is how you sock it to people when they say you have only two friends.

Except for the "nightmare" stories of getting it days/weeks late. :P

Medical doctor is not bad, although I personally wouldn't be as interested...I'm more into math. And as you say it does require a lot of education and cost, but if you love learning and can memorize enough for the tests as well, it should be doable. I'm planning to teach math myself but it isn't for everyone of course :P.

So what you are saying is that the G.E. offer can complete in reality but you may not actually have it come in for a minute or two afterward?

Hello, 1,400 xp, assuming you start from 0, gets you to level 11. Level 6 prayer gets you 4 combat. You would still be 4 combat at 11 prayer, assuming you trained no other combat skills. Whether or not that is undesirable I leave up to you ;). I think you may find the following calculator useful, so I have linked it here for future reference! Just click the 'Old School' tab and enter any hypothetical stats. It reflects the accurate formula for both Legacy and EoC since it was changed. I hope that was helpful :). Edit: the range/magic parts of that calculator may be off a bit too because of the rescaling with the recent changes.

The 6 hour log is still useful in some ways. How would we keep any kind of 24 (30) hour records if people could stay logged in indefinitely?

Because its a temporary month of clans thingy, they didn't change all the descriptions etc. Temporary?? I didn't think so...

It could be that the servers are experiencing difficulties due to the massive number of free names being cleared out today. So, creating a new account may affected, but existing accounts could be okay. Could you try a few hours later or tomorrow? I know no one wants to wait, but if today is the first time you've tried, that may be the only solution. Otherwise I'm not quite sure what the problem could be.

No chance to log on for a minute through your phone or anything during a break? :o

Be careful on Runetrack because it screws up half the time and resets well after its normal reset time...I'd recommend using Runetracker simultaneously so your attempt gets recorded there at least ;). Plus you can take any 30 hour window of your choosing there, if set up right.

I just got that popup ten minutes ago - maybe it will be gone for good this time. At least the client never bugs me with it!
