Oh yeah, quite a bit XD. By the way, are the Green Dragons in the Chaos Tunnles in a PvP area, or just require passage through one?

Welcome to TIF! In terms of making your fortune on P2P, the methods I've heard are: -spawn red spider eggs with summoning scrolls (requires a low summoning level so you'll have to train a bit) -run orbs, that is, take uncharged orbs and cosmic runes through the wilderness, charge them, and sell charged orbs for profit. I think your magic is high enough. -kill dragons. Green dragons are the easiest, but are in the wilderness, in Forinthy dungeon -??? there are many others. Fishing monkfish can be decent and your fishing should be high enough, but you need a quest (Swan Song, not sure if it has its own prerequisites). Mining can also work but the "noob" methods might be the best - think mining iron under Falador and banking in resource dungeon there. I've heard it's less crowded on P2P worlds. You should also do the P2P quests, especially introductory ones. Although it is an F2P quest, from your Summoning level it appears you have not done Wolf Whistle, for example. Many of these quests can provide a good introduction to P2P skills and give you an idea of how to get started. Again I'm F2P so my experience is mainly limited to what my (many) P2P friends tell me, but if there is any way I can be of more help please feel free to ask, whether on the forums or if you want to PM me here :). I hope I was of some help.
  3. There wasn't lots of other stuff with higher on death value, like armor?
  4. it cant be skipped.... :(You can get a new task in taverly Also I'm not aware of you having to do KQ for a kalphite task. There are plenty of low level kaphites in her dungeon which you can kill. Is it possible he choose KQ as a "special assignment" instead of killing x kalphites, or that not a one-time shot thing?
  5. That's right, you could have similar combats with higher offensive stats but lower defense. I'm not terribly familiar with pking on either Legacy or EoC, so someone else will have to provide more info on that. Was there any reason for level 3 defense instead of 1, or perhaps just an accident? I'm curious :P.
  6. Hill giants and then (once you are strong enough) deadly red spiders are good training methods. The hill giants are in a shack west of Varrock west bank. You'll need a brass key to access it, which I recommend just buying from the Grand Exchange. Also keep in mind that the combat level formula has now been updated, so raising pretty much any stat will raise your combat level. The only exception is for offensive stats in different categories. For example, if you have a high Strength and Attack level but a lower Magic level, you may be able to level magic some number of times without increasing your combat level. For a full explanation of how combat levels work and the formula for it, you can refer here. P.S. Welcome to TIF!
  7. Alch prices never made a whole lot of sense...
  8. Arceus replied to Cpn's topic in Help and Advice
I don't understand what you mean - within the same class some of the level 90 weapons are similar in price, but not all. For example the seismic wand is several times the price of its offhand counterpart and still much more than drygores. Could you elaborate a bit O_o?

Is U-turning not a thing where you're from? Sure it is, but I'd expect them to know where they are going and not have to do so XD.
  10. I don't have much personal experience but I would start with skimming this. Note that the monsters are categorized by level in the individual skill, not combat level :). Once you get a few more levels, I've heard a lot of good things about waterfiends.

Yesterday I saw an ambulance make a U-turn (well, more like a K-turn), siren on and everything...are they texting while driving too? O.O
  12. It may be the same issue as this, but SwiftKit's people will probably have to go iron it out in any case :P.
  13. Alternatively, people should join clans because they want to be a part of that clan, not because of the rewards. That's the spirit of it but ultimately it's still a game and people want a means to progress in the game. If clans are just a time sink to chat or something with no benefit, there isn't really much point.Oh snap, there goes my social clan ideas. No benefit to anyone, obviously. Just remove the whole social/community clan recruitment forum on rsof. [bleep] me since I don't care about xp, must mean there's no benefit to a clan. Or...you could just use a friends chat?
  14. I suppose another facet could be to allow saying it three times in sequence, if the censor is sophisticated enough to do so.

  16. I agree, although a POH thing may cause some...technical difficulties with the instance worlds and all that. But the xp for woodcutting has to exceed ivy, fm has to exceed Jadinko's lair or whatever the best free sources is in P2P, etc. down the line...
  17. Most of those names are, ironically, completely undesirable. My apologies if you called dibs on a00000334 though...
  18. From what I hear, just because you are comped doesn't mean you have or are allowed to have access to the HLF. I think they do a basic check on you, but yeah, otherwise every skill at 99 is sufficient.
  19. Oh perhaps so, I'll test it again tonight and let you know in ~4.5 hours lol.
  20. You can only play 6 hours straight without lobbying; at 6 hours exactly it kicks you. However, you can play for 5 hours, lobby, and then continue for another 6, as long as you don't lobby or drop connection during those 6 hours. If you did, you would be immediately kicked to the login screen and have to reload the client. I can confirm that this is not true at all! I lobbied about an half an hour ago and got into the game again directly. I just got disconnected after the client has been open for approximately 6 hours. Yes, I just got kicked out of the game, while I was a half an hour in after last lobbied. So then you would be agreeing with what I said...? Confused here.

Call me confused but I thought the fang was untradable? The leg is tradable and you add it to the fang to make the scythe. I think the scythe is around 460 right now, but check the friends chat as Stev mentioned.
  22. At that point, you might as well just buy a bond for 2 weeks of membership so you can change your name Some people don't want the actual membership though, albeit a few... Edit: and what if you buy an early name change and lose membership, as well? Presumably you can no longer redeem until you renew.
  23. It would still be nice if F2P could change names. I think one bond for a name change, as members can pay for an early name change, would be fair.
  24. I saw 'Frequency' (2000) last night. I enjoyed it greatly, and will probably watch it again sometime. I didn't quite follow everything at the end.
