Chapter 1 - Windward
I'm having a bit of an issue with the spellbook. Do I have a limitation on the amount of spells that I am allowed to keep when not used? I thought that the limit was was 12,4,4 but that means that I'm able to use virtually of my spells in the the spell-slots which doesn't seem right. Do the effects of smokestick stack with obscuring mist?

Chest-locking and land-protection plugins may be a good idea on a large unwhitelisted server but on whitelisted servers they just create problems for the community. Taking some cobble from your friends chest isn't a problem and neither is using somebodies farm. If it's still a problem, hide your chest in a wall or something:

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
I don't often post here but I think that it's worth saying that if she's having to decide whether she likes him or not still (regardless of the outcome) it doesn't seem to me that she values the relationship as much as you two do. The fact that she continues to be friends with this person despite you being uncomfortable with it shows that she cares very little as well. She obviously cares very little about the relationship, she's cheating and seeing her ex-boyfriend who you've said that you are uncomfortable with. There isn't any point wasting your time on somebody who doesn't care about the relationship. - Obviously in some cases cheating isn't an excuse to completely abandon a relationship like a lot of people in this thread seem to have the attitude of but in this case it's extremely clear in this situation that she cares very little about your relationship and was considering leaving you for her ex.

Foggy Frontiers
Thanks, hopefully the social aspect will still exist but there won't be any immediate ways to verify things. I'll try to work around it but I'm not sure how things will work until the game starts.

Foggy Frontiers
Because of the nature of hegemony, the game is normally centered on the person with the highest GDP creating the largest army and securing control regardless of political issues and other issues. So, instead of the game being like a game of Risk in which the board is open to players and all of the world’s military and political information, you will have to rely on media and reconnaissance to give you information about the world. The game will be centered around emailing or PMing me with information and I will email or PM you the current news in the country. I aim to create about 4-6 reports a day and maybe more depending on the time I have. Unless you cooperate you may not even know the who leads a country until the end game. You are to be instated as leader of a country of your choice. The game will start on the 19th of June providing there are enough players (2+) Rules – One day – One year Use realistic (and cited) amounts for units I would rather use email as it is easier for me but I wouldn’t mind PM’s. Post on the thread saying that you’re playing but the rest of your actions should be handled privately. [email protected]

The Back Room
When I was eight I remember it being called 'the last airbender' but I never watched it because I had grown out of cartoons by that age. - The argument above between Archi and Mather was a little ridiculous, I can understand that you may disagree about which MMO/game is the best but you're not going to convince another person to change preference no matter how hard you try.

The Largest Contributor Wins!
I read the comic book and I thought it was a little over the top. I also found the artistry quite cluttered which made it extremely hard for me to read. Overall, I think that the premise was good: a cool policeman and ladys man but otherwise, a little too over-the-top for me to enjoy. TNPW write in RED BOLD CAPITALS and cannot use the words 'the', 'red' or 'open'

Well, no. Your brother shouldn't be an authority figure, he's your brother and not your parents. Who on earth is it acceptable for the older brother to be an authority figure over the younger brother, that's just strange in my eyes. It's even stranger that you accept that your brother can freely take items off you as he sees fit.

The Back Room
Your brother? I thought it was your mother? It's shocking that you accept your brothers right to bully you as he sees fit.

"[people who suffer from Stockholm syndrome] essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness." Obviously you're seeing having your computer given back to you as a reward when in fact it shouldn't really be taken from you in the first place.

You find his suffering funny? I don't know how that, in any way can be funny! You're obviously causing him suffering by taking it away and then laughing at that. Wow.

The Never Ending Story.
Doctor Clark peered out of the window into the black jungle which sustained most of the population from floors 24 to b24, some people bought their oxygen privately but Doctor Clark thought that these people were nobby. He took a puff from the long pipe which had been made out of a goats horn and coughed a bit, he wasn't used to smoking but he decided that he'd have to look the part as the jungle-keeper. Suddenly, a flaming lift crashed through the ceiling portion of the indoor jungle, charred fragments of wood exploded throughout the area and a academically-dressed man crawled out sideways followed by a small group of children. Doctor Clark was a botanist, and this wasn't part of his contract so placed his busby hat over his head and began to snooze.
