Been doing some FOG recently, originally for fun and then for hybrid gloves. Some pics: [hide]Started out getting trolled by waiting room. Later I was assigned to the same annoying lvl 132 three times in a row. <_< Found, played against and got ripped apart by this creature: Can I have extra tokens for style?[/hide] 2 Questions: 1) How many tokens can i expect to get until I get my first pair of hybrid gloves? 2) Why am I looked down on for running around/not running to the middle to wait like a sheep to be slaughtered? It wasn't like this last time I played FOG, although then it was a new minigame and I was in f2p.

Did the mahjarrat have rituals before they left Freneskae? If they did then maybe the ritual stone Bilrach has is the one from Freneskae, and has the energy of more sacrificed mahjarrat stored in it.

Regarding the first article: Milestones like getting a 99 or maxing your account are meant to be achieved, and will always be seen as some kind of achievement. If Jagex really wanted to introduce an item that would always be rare, they would release items similar to golden scythes. Regarding the second: I always like reading about what runescape was like in the past, both things I can remember and those which occurred before I started playing. Regarding the third: Nomad's requiem is a lot more fun when you think about how epically powerful Nomad is, and this article represents that perfectly. (killing him the first time was hard for me, and even now when he can be destroyed with a spork I still feel apprehensive when I fight him in the dominion tower)

I was skilling in citadel for around 110 mins, used the portal to return to w77 and got logged out. When I tried to log in I got this: I thought players were only told to go outside when they got comp cape? :???: On a more serious note: Has anyone else gotten this recently?

I think when the potion boosts 6+6% it means 6% of the base level, so you would have to calculate it as 82 * 1.06 = 86.92 + 6 = 92.92, which would be rounded down to 92.

Try to start a freestyle match. The greyed out bosses are ones you didn't fight yet, and the ones you can fight freestyle are ones you already beat.

Had an ok-ish glacors trip today, got 96 hp, 128 cb and 95 mage. [hide] No more "Your magic level is not high enough for this spell" right before the killing blow![/hide] Would have been a good trip, except: 1) Too many people saying they get 40+ kph when I only get 25. 2) Glacors were extremely crowded for some reason (and everyone was wearing ganodermic... I wish I could have the cash to throw it away like that). 3) My luck with drops, see siggy for details.

After many times of trying to buy gano only to have it rise in price and be unbuyable, I finally got it and beat the double nomad challenge! The Dominion Sword is amazing, I was able to hit near-constant 500+ hits with it. Mine degraded after dealing the finishing blow, pretty good timing IMO. :shades:

Looks more like a clan citadel portal to me.

C1s will be a bit faster now. Laws shouldn't be as necessary a bind for them, though they would mean reaching the boss earlier for a faster kill.

Ihen I glacor I always take lots of damage. I gave up tanking and decided to flash soulsplit on the glacytes and on the glacor when I'm under 870 lp, you should do this too. The glacytes always seem to hit hard even through armor, so you're better off using robes.

Yeah probably just an oversight where by the code that produces the message is pointed at the wrong task set completion variable and/or the wrong item ID Probably message pointed at wrong difficulty, seeing as I'm getting ~60 blood runes per load while bringing only 54 ess.

I just got 77 rc and decided to try crafting blood runes, and I got this message: As you can see from the picture, I have not completed the elite morytania tasks. I thought the increased rate was an elite reward, not hard?

There is an npc at Oo'glog who decants vials to flasks, kind of like Bob Barter at the Ge. Idk if it's faster than doing it manually though.

If you get a large rock between you and the glacor, you won't have to worry about its attacks when the glacytes are out.

I feel sorry for the people who had their mushrooms get diseased and die on the last growth tick...

From what you're saying it sounds like a chaotic staff isn't worth buying for glacors. Two new questions: 1) Is it worth getting a chaotic staff for anything? 2) Which t10 ring upgrade do I get? Berserker will only add 1% strength boost over t9, and blazer will give an extra 2.5% damage boost with mage, while blitzer will give a 1-tick speed boost all the time, instead of only 90% (Which is a pain to ss flick, by the way). Currently leaning towards Blitzer, but am undecided. And please, no "DPS boost blablabla y r u even maging in dung it sux" I like to mage in floors, which is why I use w77 instead of clan most of the time.

You don't have to be in a tomb or the tunnels to complete the task, you can also be on the surface. It worked for me. :shades:

Already have surgebox, was wondering if getting a chaotic staff would be better at reducing the cost of runes per trip than a SoL would.
