All the charges do is the same thing as the broodoo masks did, just randomly shooting off stat-weakening powers at random times that you can't control. The charges are pretty much useless and do not matter. From what I know it's not rechargeable.

Hrm... usually iron runners just get to keep the ores for free. If you're going to want your ores back, some people would ask for their actual price. The price is whatever they want really. Different people will take completely different prices.

Art is a form of expression. Whilst many may use art as something to gain praise from others, I use it to advance, to challenge myself. Why does something have to look good? You can not honestly tell me that you think he is 'expressing' himself. Art I find is generaly done to either a. Look good or b. carry a message. This does neither. Rembrand's "find the third dot" is... so this can be to.. (it's a large canvas, very very very large with two small dots on it). o and art is like rock music, it can be done for fun to.. which is option c.. actually art like rock music can be done for whatever * reason you please. I'm sure Rembrand had an idea behind it. This "artwork" was most likely started when the guy learned how to do brushes like that and then decided to post it on here as a joke. You've seen the reactions that the "joke" gave us... so it wasn't a good purpose. But as I said, no one is annoyed by him making the art, only him wasting our time by posting it here, and with the title that the topic has.

First off: Selling or buying sigs is illegal in RS and on this site. Second: All those sigs are way way way too big for our Sig size limits.

Different things on different monsters. Aberrant specters, for example, hit you for like 20 every hit and lower all your statts by 20 with every hit (and they have a hard-to-run-away-from ranged attack). Skeletal Wyverns, though, can hit you for like 50 damage if you don't have an elemental shield (similar to dragons without anti-dragon breath shields).
