And I got a dragon medium from a black demon on my third kill, yet they still are rare. The black mask is a rare drop I had to give up for a while after killing too many Cave Horrors and getting tired of them :o

Hm... well there is no slayer requirement or it would be on the equipment list (and it doesn't enable you to kill a slayer monster, just anything you get on assignments, some of which aren't slayer monsters).

You suffer the punishment received for taking such valuable armor into the wilderness (instead of even just torag, even that would have been a much better idea) and take a small amount of delight in the fact that a PKer didn't get your items :P. Oh, another option instead of the retribution prayer is to drop all items except for the chain then protect the item giving you an extremely small loss in comparison to what it could have been. And my personal option would be to not miss the lever because they're pretty easy to figure out and my non-existant contacts don't pop out :)

...Ignore that. The best thing to alch are fletched yew or magic longbows because they can be made in bulk fairly quickly and alch for good, very profitable amounts (but only if you don't buy all of the necessary pieces).

So... what are you looking for? Are you looking for attack and strength experience? Do you not want defence /prayer experience? Are you trying to do as many quests as possible or just the ones that will benefit you?

The guide said you had to finish Horror from the Deep if you wanted to kill the dagannoth there. You also could have gone to the Dagannoth King's island and gotten the bone there with no quest requirements. The rat thing... the quest says you need "Giant Rat Bone" and I'm pretty sure you had to kill them? :-k It says either start Regicide or do Fremennik Trials.

There are 3 controlled options and then defensive, so it can semi-train strength with controlled, but other than that: no.

If you're in a cave that needs a light source turn the light source off for a while and you'll get hit tons of little 1's. Just be sure to turn your light on before you die :o

And catch faster. The only negative is that cooking gauntlets don't work on them.
