1. Do you like having better xp:hr rates? If the answer is yes then use urns.
2. It will vary from store to store. After all: Card markers have thier base price - covers materials labour and a profit for them. Jagex then has their membership price + a little bit to cover fee for making the cards This creates the base value of the membership cards. Stores who then stock the cards have to decide their price to make a profit on them.
3. Maybe but I didn't play on the day of release of the Fight Pits... You didn't have to. The point is on the day of release the songs did not unlock properly, therefore Jagex automatically unlocked the songs for ALL existing accounts. And those Thzaar songs aren't anything to do with the old Thzaar stuff they were all brand new with the Thzaar city rework + fight kiln.
4. patch notes.
5. 2) Already vetoed by jagex as a no go due to economic implications 4) I'd imagine has same issues as 2. 5) The stats don;t get upgraded, it gets boosters. Same way void, slayer hlem, slave etc boost not get new stats.
6. Rift if the fabric of runescape, rift in time...see the future. It all makes sense! Also runespanness don;t make sense its in rc guild, not ge, ardy, cathy. AND we don;t need no riftage to see it dev blog said its in the relam of floating islands right outside the rc guild.
7. Logic in that = 0 Teaser pictures always come on fridays, with the update following the next week usually on tuesday. Why should this week differ? Because he's referring to that countdown for "See the Future." It's still a flawed logic to assume that something that happens nearly every week on a friday as a prelude to a tuesday/wednesday update would for some reason relate to the countdown. Especially when you factor in the countdown event specifies 3 locations that are not even close to the rc guild where Runespan is based.

9. So runespan looks pretty sweet [qfc]16-17-502-63704559[/qfc]

10. Bilrach shouts "Praise Zamorak!" when idle - I saw him do it several times when investigating the statue and generally examining the room. Yeah he has it as an idle thing, its certainly not gone. Thought he does keep on about 'ascension' and power. Ritual stone + Ascension + powerful magical objects rings bells of Lucien's plan and what Zamorak actually achieved. Only thing missing from Bilrach is a god to slay/an object tainted by pure god power (eg the Armadyl Staff was after the Zaros stabby thing)
11. Shouldn't be too overloaded, afterall the countdown post does show it as occurring in Cathurby and Ardougne too. Clearly the events page just can't handle multiple locations so they put at at the biggest, most hub-like, naturally busiest one anyway. Plus lets not forget its on all worlds, I doubt too many servers will have all 2000 attending, with how much the average scaper reads the news, let alone the forums prob only get like 500-ish per world spread across the 3 locations.
12. Oooh you never set off the infinite moves counter, totally overlooked that. If you use tip.it's Quest guide: http://open.tip.it/quests/view/219-elemental-workshop-iii Or the indepth puzzle guide: http://open.tip.it/pages/view/ew3_puzzle_guide.htm Starting with puzzle 4 to unlock infinite moves, then just continue through to the end will get everything working right.
13. By continuing to move the sliders. C, 4, B, 2, D, 3, C Should do the trick based on that picture. where A-z are the vertical edge and 1-9 are the horizontal.
14. At the risk of double posting. This is the answer, no need to faff with more pictures.
15. That message is what you get when you have dropped the central pillar and continue to move pieces without reset, you can ignore it and just continue to get the middle spinning, it should only come up for the first couple of moves. Also logging out does NOT reset body room, it stays exactly as you leave it indefinitely.
16. I was under the impression that with the 2 binds it's: 2h:SSH > 2h:Plate Then moving too three binds: 2h:Blood:Plate > 2h:SSH:Plate > 2h:SSH:Blood For the basic 2h setup anyway, obviously there are variants.
17. Spoiler:
It's probable that she learned everything she could from him, took advantage while he was in one of his less sane moments, and killed him. One of the endings supports this.
18. Strange that I didn't get the hover info, but then I also had checkpoint reloading losing my secondary objective data so perhaps I just am lord of the bugs! But by the sounds of that info fire or water are definitely the better choices; water for slightly quicker kills, fire for much less damage taken.
19. Really? I hovered over them and got nothing come up at all.
20. Nadir combat mechanics are rather confusing because In terms of strength it goes Fire>Water>Earth Confusing in itself since the screen gives no clue to strength differences and based on normal magic you'd assume water>earth>fire In terms of speed is the same again. Fire hits low but fast. Water is balanced. Earth is slow but hard. Also it seems the higher spells drain portal power faster. Personally I found the easiest way to get through it all without dying with to use water using walls/obstacles etc as much as possible to block/que warriors.
21. If anything there's been hints it won;t be. The recent game engine QA they categorically said to be labelled RS3 it would have to be a pretty huge engine rework and there's no plans for that at all in the foreseeable future.
22. It's impossible to come back in via checkpoints and get 100%. Checkpoint resets, as in the original sagas, only store the primary objective progress. Actions taken for the secondary objectives are entirely lost meaning you will end up with 70-90% at best (since each secondary objective is 10% and at the last checkpoint odds are you are past at least 1 of them, if not all 3)
23. That is an issue, the same yet different one, but it is one that is realistic. Science can make substitutes for many things that are identical in pretty much every way possible for functionality; yet a few specific tasks cannot be done with them. Eg In cookery often things like soy milk or lactose free butter won't work the same way in specific recipes. Or another example would be certain historical clockwork/mechanical devices (can't think of an example off the top of my head) science can re-create exact working replicas of them yet the replicas for whatever reason can't reproduce a certain action of the original. Also often crops in magic/mystic/myth in literature the forgery retains all the same functionality yet in one crucial way that often leads to the dramatic twist. I should think any difference will be to do with origination. The original stone presumably comes from Frenskae and has some form of magic or organic property associated with that world and it's god(s) that runescape world lacks, while the copy would be purely made from runescape materials and powers. Random side thought from this tangent:
24. Who says it got moved back? Bilrach does say the one he has is the original. Implication being there is a copy or secondary stone, simply because you don't generally say something is the original x unless there is a non-original x. AN original certainly (eg an original picasso) but not THE original. So that would imply the stone in the north is a fake, and it's not even needed for the ritual. Then what is the purpose of the stone in the first place? Aesthetics? Who says a copy can't have the same/similar magical properties as the original? Bilrach could've recreated it even in that respect. Then factor in the alignment of the stars and the site itself are important to the ritual and a copy could easily slide by; where as recreating its effect elsewhere would need the original power of the stone.
25. Who says it got moved back? Bilrach does say the one he has is the original. Implication being there is a copy or secondary stone, simply because you don't generally say something is the original x unless there is a non-original x. AN original certainly (eg an original picasso) but not THE original.
