The community is to blame for everything
They don't for me. I don't see more of it going on particularly and it doesn't hinder anything. One you have to consider, alongside rose tinted glasses is old days trading the entire place was utterly spammed beyond belief without everyone having to yell their buy/sell offers every few minutes so the noise of the scammers got drowned out. These days GE takes place of trade shouting, therefore you can notice the scammers more. I really don't see any change i respects to these issues from 01 to now, aside from the slightly evolutions that take advantage of new things while losing some old methods. and I certainly don't see them as to blame for anything.

The community is to blame for everything
This is nothing new. These issues have been just as widespread ever since rs first launched, sure they have evolved with the game the same way the good elements have but they are nothing new and certainly not to directly blame for any big issues because they have been so constant. Blaming them for a change is like blaming the tree that's been at the end of your garden for the past thirty years for the fact the door lock broke one day.

list of tasks to cannon everytime

Getting a Vyrelord title
That is related to a choice in quest. You choose to kill prisoners OR go and collect blood tithes/bribes for free citizens. Post-quest this choice carries over. He chose to blood tithe which is why he cannot now kill anybody, but he could be able to collect the blood tithes still for the remaining percentage.

Future Update Discussions
no need to set the record on conclusions jumped, the ritual site could just be 'neutral' ground they all know about so they can conspire without having to reveal their lairs to the others, and there is nothing to imply they can only go there at the time of the ritual. if its a flash back then Moia doesnt necessarily have to still be alive in the 'present' so any extended lifespan is just speculation (besides how many thousands of people have been frozen for thousands of years and are walking around in game now? theres a whole dungeon devoted to that trope.) as it could be from any of the 1000-ish years bilrach has been mining. also if Moia is Lucien's daughter I expect its in the same way Iban is Zamorak's son and its just what Mahjarrat 'culture' understands of the terms aren't quite the same as ours. The thing with the ritual site I find is, the ritual has to do with stars and such-like aligning. Various implications of the Mahjaratt lore suggest that the required alignment means the ritual site is not necessarily a fixed location, though other things suggest it might be. For example Jhallan needed help to find a good hiding place for the ritual, if the site is fixed (given his cowardly nature) surely he would of found a good place already? But then the one tunnelling under Zemergoul's fortress was killed 1 or 2 rituals ago. Also there is relative ambiguity to do with the site in the quest itself, talking to Azzandra he doesn't give you a detailed idea of the area (eg there are some good cliffs to the north where you could hide...) just a rough location which kinda could imply he hasn't been to that specific location before. etc. So to me at least it seems like the ritual site is not always static, it may be in roughly the same area for a few consecutive rituals but it does seem plausible that it does move. Heck even the origin story would imply they would've had to do the ritual in the desert at some point. As for the daughter thing, QAs have pretty much confirmed that Moia is his daughter* to fill out the throw away reference in a dialogue from Temple of Ikov (I think it was that one) to his daughter. Plus I doubt it'll be an Iban jobby; we know the mahjaratt have children the normal way, there is specific back story to Khazard being born in Glienor. *In usual jagex fashion of not explicitly saying it, but then talking about it in a way that implies it to be true and not correcting questions that called her Lucien's daughter.

Is there not a vial or something and you go through the dialogues and actually collect blood opposed to money?

Titles Guide
Probably already aware but the quest segment Vyre Titles, as of wednesdays update you can speak to Venessca (sp? shes Drakans daughter the one from the quest) to swap between any Vyre title you have earned. Also bit messy to lump Vyreling and Vyre Grunt together, but separate the other too and since its probably helpful to add in Vyreling = 0 - 25% Grunt = 25 - 50% from what I recall.

Getting a Vyrelord title
If you did 100% complete everything available to do during the quest then the way to max out is via killing citizens/collecting more blood. I believe for the blood choice you must speak to the guard person again in Darkmeyer first. If you did not fully complete anything in the quest then it will still be there for completion, so check a quest guide to see if there's anything you missed.

Fork Handle
I'm not a kid and I've got quite a few years under my belt. I've been playing rs for a long, long time and hace seen plenty of jagex's Easter eggs and I don't believe it was coincidence they put this one in at a time like this. Now I'm sure you might think so. Yes because the logical assumption here is that a random Easter egg reference to a Two Ronnies comedy sketch *must* have some hidden meaning and nefarious purpose! It's not like the new shop format happened to give them a chance to slip it in so they did, that would make sense! Why couldn't you assume jagex tried to kill two birds with one stone? Now I'm not stating that it MUST have a hidden meaning, but c'mon they could have done something else. I mean jagex is a business and if they made an honest attempt and showing serious cynicism it would further tarnish their image. What better way than to put it in as one of their in game quirks. How on earth is a joke in a singular shop remotely killing two birds with one stone? It kills no birds because people are still unhappy about SoF and no-one is delusional enough to think such a tiny Easter egg could change that. Besides the joke doesn't even carry and cynical connotations, at least not any pertaining to the issue you try and link it to. The joke it makes is based on phonetically similar phrases where by four candles sounds the same as fork 'andles, there just isn't anything there that can logically make it any sort of commentary or w/e about the SoF stuff. If there's anything cynical going on here it is plain and simple players taking a cynical view on things and subsequently reading ridiculously things into a throw away joke. It's pure and simple the shop upgrades saw them going through stock items to deal with making the descriptors and such, which meant they had the chance to slip in a little joke when they came to the candles.

Who's juize baws?
If they are auto-talkers following him and no google I'd be inclined to agree some kind of troll or attention seeker who set auto-talkers after himself to make him look 'cool' and 'famous'

Familiar Glitch?
Yeah its the basic safety system in place for familiars, if it disappears then atleast until the end of that session the inventory i stored. If you summon a new BoB it'll take the items (or what it can) if you summon one that is none BoB (eg lobster) the items will be dropped.

Highest healing amount in a single inc space
Guess I just assumed they did cause it happened in the lower levels of the town, my bad.

summoning
Seems reasonable though personally I'd exclude Arctic Bear because they are fairly expensive and polar kebbit furs don't buy all that easily in my experience (and then I'd also block war torts since the shells cost too much, though if you got the funds they are ok)

Highest healing amount in a single inc space
Not true. You can suit up in the bank and just run from there. Don't you get teleported out by the guards if your not in costume (until you beat the quest)? Certainly did when I was doing it, though that was on release day.

summoning
Initial shards = Shards you need to initially buy Shards Lost = Shards that are used up during training and never gotten back as trade-in only returns 75(?)% of shards used to make a pouch. The difference between the two values is how much gp you saved by trading in. Eg Initial shard cost = 300k Lost Shard cost = 200k You still have 100k worth of shards left after all trade ins

Just remember you HAVE to wear the vyrewatch outfit to get to the house from the telespot/bank, but once you are inside you can safely change. So use the lobby room to get changed before going in.

Question about hunter
Orange Salamanders or Falconry > 59 Red Salamanders > 63 (or 67) Red Chins (or Black Salamanders) > 70 Herblore Habitat > 99 Is the general best way to go, for just doing 65 you may as well just stay at red sallys for the last little bit. Especially since black's are kinda a pita (wildy) and chins are a bit crowded. In terms of avoiding crowding and stuff u can do red sallys to 70 really, its up to you (when you do it).

summoning
http://users.telenet.be/glodenox/Charms/CharmPattern.html - This is a god of summoning planners for helping to plan the best order in which to use your charms and telling you how many shards to buy (and their cost) Grimy's spread sheet will help with finding second costs, but youll need to do the math urself: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldEhLOK6ejJdGJGSFF1N3YzejExVDNWV2M2ZkFoNHc#gid=0 As for zerker ring, if memory serves it is slightly better than the thzarr ring, so is worth it. The thzaar ring does, however, render seers and archers redundant as it matches them; this is until you do MA to get imbued rings of course.

Dungeoneering equipment question
Generally speaking the two binds people should have at that stage are: 1) Best 2-h sword you can use, so with level 80's that would be Gorgonite. 2) Shadow Silk Hood, but this can take a while to get so in the mean time you should have best plate body you can (in your case gorgonite again) Of course there are other routes to go, but these are the average joe binds. As for ammo bind there's more options going, but I believe the best choices are to have laws bound or a celestial surgebox (once you find one)

Food aint the problem your armour is. Once inside the house change into normal armour else you will get hit hard.

Bonecrusher vs. Herbicide
I'd say it is worth getting with those reasons; however bonecrusher should really be fairly low down the to buy list of dg rewards. At the very least Chaotic Rapier should come first if you want to go about things efficiently, but at the end of the day it is your call.

Effigy Nerf
Leik pretty much covered it, but just to reiterate. 1) Effigies drops are now much rarer (about 3* rarer most people seem to think currently) 2) Once you have 5 effigies you cannot receive anymore, if you previously stock piled them you won't get any drops until you have 4 or less. 3) Every effigy you do own between 1 and 5 makes their drops rarer. So if you bank an effigy they become rarer, if you then bank a second they become rarer still and so on until you get a 5th and can no longer receive them.

11-April-2012 - Dungeoneering and Shop Improvements
We've never had a regular two weeks of 'no updates' surrounding holiday events. The only time this does usually happen is for the Christmas Event, due to the 3 bank holidays within the two weeks (Christmas day, boxing day and new years day) and the fact that Jagex seems to be one of the more generous employers who do give their employees (or at least most of them) a few days pre-xmas through to new years off. (I recall them mentioning this on forums and such on occasion). Easter and Halloween have pretty much always had an update during their second week, which just leaves the 1 'no update week' but even thats problematic since the week we get the event isn't *really* a no update week. We do get the update of the event after all.

Bonecrusher vs. Herbicide
I find bonecrusher extremely useful; it can be used on pretty much any slayer task that drops bones (other than dragons if u want to sell/do pray training); makes the drop piles much tidier so you can spot the good drops faster and while burying xp is not a massive amount it does add up over time so it can help shave a few hundred k xp off prayer. Kinda like how urns are good to take along for demons etc. that drop ashes. Herbicide is only really useful for spectres and a couple of other big herb droppers, but it does make life easier in spotting the herbs worth picking up and still benefiting from the rubbish ones.
