What does this mean?
I can't actually find any mentioned of the "row only" drops now. I get the feeling it may be something players invented refering to the new drops that are just part of the rare table or perhaps a jmod used it casually and its been taken to literally. Even KB and news post on the row update don;t seem to mentioned it, though I swear they did at launch. Either way for the OP all the good drops don't NEED you to wear row or even use it; these "row only" drops seem to be a myth; even rs wiki has pretty much removed all reference to em now.

What does this mean?
To access new drops in general no, to access to the row only drops you do. Like I said people get muddled cause jagex added new rare drops AND row only drops; people just seem assume all the new drops are Row drops because "Row drops" got mentioned in that update and the drops first appeared after that update. Jagex confirmed the "row only" drops do need row worn hence the name, I'll see if I can dig up the link to where they said it.

What does this mean?
Yes it does, that's why its the row drop table. Row affect chance of drops from the rare drop table AND opens the row only drop table. No row = no row drop table. The ROW drop table was a new addition when row was updated in an attempt to make it more "worthwhile" as it contains some good drops that are impossible to get without the ring. People get confused because they also added more drops to the "Rare" table on a lot of monsters and people blindly assume ring sparkling = row drop table. But it doesn't it means the row activated and gave chance of row drop and/or improved odds of rare drop table.
-
What does this mean?
This is wrong. That message means the ring activated and gave you a CHANCE of a Row only drop; but it doesn't mean you got something. At least half the the time you don't get anything when you see that, its jsut there to placate the noobs who whined their row wasn't working

Fury vs. Salve (e)
Unless I've some how overlooked a load of stuff slave (e) has been the standard gear for aberrant specs for years. Also I believe you did the math wrong, Attack bonus and strength boosts from slayer and salve (iirc) act on your attack and strength levels, not the gear bonus. Opposed to accuracy and damage bonuses (like void). Not sure on that though.

GET OUT OF THE WAY JEFFERY!!!!
I don't know why you keep pushing that like it's definitive proof that you are right and I am wrong. There aren't less bots there as opposed to any other furnace out there. And if there are how are you certain it's not because of the furnace's requirements for use and not this misclick issue, which is easily resolved (the Sorceress' Garden is testament to that)? We don't have the data to say otherwise and I think you should leave it at that rather than fighting a useless battle. I've acknowledged the problems with my argument, maybe you should as well. The thing is though there are less bots there; you can clearly see there are even in a short term comparison of the active furnaces and spending any long term time there you can see a fair few misguided botters get messed up by Jeffery. I'm not claiming it stops all bots or anything like that; just that from experience there it is pretty clear there are less obvious bots than other good furnaces and the ones that do turn up do get messed up by Jeffery.

GET OUT OF THE WAY JEFFERY!!!!
But there is less bots at edge furnace, you can clearly see that and factors causing misclick is known to mess up a lot of bots. True it may not be worth the hassle, I don't really have a opinion on that; just that it is effective at keeping bots off that furnace.

GET OUT OF THE WAY JEFFERY!!!!
And you know there are no bots there...why? Because you don't see people there with names like 'setewsoxrttz'? Because there's so many people using less sophisticated bot programs that there must be all the sorts there are, and none of them are being used to go to the furnace? I dunno man. You've got me that my point isn't as concrete as I hope, but neither is yours. What it comes down to really is whether or not it's worth the hassle. For all that you've got valid points and showed me the flaws in my argument, that remains unchanged: it's not worth the hassle. I'm basing it on several months spent smelting gold ore at edgeville furnace combined with general experience around rs and travels. Yes I can by no means spot every single bot, but the majority you can spot or at least suspect easily. In all my time at edge furnace I saw 3 people who were possibly bots (went to jeffery a bit too often compared to normal players and despite "chatting" only said random phrases that repeated) and 2 that definitely were (they broke cause of jeffery); compared to other furnaces where you can see several bots a day or even just walking passed. So yeah I'd say its fairly concrete that Jeffrey causing misclicks if an effective anti-bot measure at edge furnace and I'd say its pretty concrete as an argument; certainly far more concrete than yours. Edgeville furnace has less bots than most furnaces. Edgeville furnace has a unique npc that can cause misclicks compared to other furnaces. Logic therefore would suggest that bots don't use edge due to the misclick issue caused by jeffery. In-depth research may prove some other factor, but the most logically and likely reason is the two obvious differences between edge furnace and others are linked. The differences being low bot numbers and jeffery.

GET OUT OF THE WAY JEFFERY!!!!
So no, it doesn't. If it doesn't work how come there's pretty much never bots at that furnace? Yes theoretically bots could be made to work around a misclick. but few are and reality speaks for itself that there's rarely bots at edge furnace So it is effective at keeping bots off that furnace. You can argue all you like but its a pure a simple fact: Edgeville furnace is mostly bot free because Jeffery is effective at causing misclicks and thus keeps them away; it doesn't matter what you think/know bots can or can't do the reality still remains the same, that reality being bots aren't there cause jeffery mucks em up. Proof that bots mostly can't deal with misclicks: All the bots you can easily lead astray by wearing coloured clothes (eg flax bots) and all the ones that get completely screwed up by minor game changes. After a game update about 2 weeks ago I saw a whole load of ess bots in yanille bank just going to edge of bank and back again due to misclicks with no self-correction despite the fact nothing even changed there for them to misclick too dramatically.

GET OUT OF THE WAY JEFFERY!!!!
Its effective at keeping most bots off that furnace. And instead they use another. That is not the purpose of having anti-bot measures. The purpose of anti-bot measures is to outright STOP botting. This doesn't cause them to stop, they just go somewhere else. How exactly is that effective? It's not. If we're going to look at it from your perspective, then the task system is an 'anti bot measure' too! Well PROBLEM SOLVED! No more bots! Oh wait, there are still bots everywhere. Nevermind. Not to mention the fact that if such a misclick happened, it would take very little time for bot owners to find a way around it and go right back to botting. Hardly effective... Sorry, but that's an absolutely stupid reason to keep the NPC wandering and, if anything, spoils the reward from the Task system slightly. It stops bots using the best furnace in-game, its effective at that. Plus it is fairly decent in that bots use worse furnaces therefore can be outpaced by proper players; if anything I'd say add more wandering npcs around furnaces to reall screw up at least 1 subsection of bots. Also fyi the purpose of an anti-bot measure is never to outright stop botting; because that is utterly impossible. It is meant to hinder and disrupt bots so that less of them function effectively.

WAT. An Asian temple knight, and they scrapped that. Nice. Where'd you get Asian from? Older knight doesn't suggest asian. Nor does the name "Lee" Lee being a decidedly British name, opposed to the Asian words that sound the same like Li What interests me more is contradictory answers eg: So Mod Trick says the slugs control them as the brain is still there; yet Osborne says they just came back as undead and lived there? Get your sodding story straight people!

But I wouldn't call the gnomecopters obtrusive. I'd take gnomecopters over pop ups any day because, well heck, it had inside jokes in the rides. I would given they were an entire piece of content built as an advert

I'd hardly call two pop up ads that u see once briefly the same as the obtrusive advertising we had before.

Youtube troubles
It was not poor advice at all; it was perfectly decent advice. And I in no way disregarded the original post I read it and answered it with perfectly decent advice that by the wording of your question inferred I had no issue.

Youtube troubles
I did not advise something you already "checked and explained" You listed: 1) Updating Flash and doing a clean install 2) Trying Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome (latest versions for all) 3) Using a different computer 4) Disabling all add-ons for all browsers 5) Clearing my browsing history 2,3,4 and 5 having no bearing on my advice at all. 1 is in a similar vein yes but updating flash is not the same as removing it completely to do a clean install. Sometimes when an update doesn't work it could be a file that the update did not touch that has become corrupt in some way, as such removing the entire program for a clean install can fix matters. And its not odd at all; its pure and simple you asked: "is if anyone else is experiencing this problem and, if not, what do I do to fix it?" The sheer fact I'm giving fixing advice addresses the "if not" element which I would have no reason to address unless I was not experiencing the problem. Getting snotty when someone is trying to be helpful isn't exactly a stellar quality to display.

Yes it works fine for me; I didn't see the need to add tht to my post as I thought it was implicit that in giving another thing to try and make it work for you it must work my end, as if if it did not work my end I would of said as such and suggested maybe youtube was having issues.

I think people have trouble separating issues of the controls vs the camera; skimming over the thread it seems a lot of people are moaning about how the party controls are bad; but judging by the more in-depths comments the issue was the camera and not the actual controls mostly with a few cases of not knowing the controls and obviously not pressing the pretty prominent info button to see instructions. Personally I found the camera annoying for sure, but the controls themselves were quite nice. Few things I'd like to see added in future though: 1) Some way to give them food and pots to STORE and self use (more like the saga had) opposed to hoping they survive the battle so u can feed them bk up. 1a) An extra button to make them pot if they had pots. 2) Some sort of multi-select system that wasn't just group. (so for example you can easily send ken and eza to attack the plinth monsters without eva). Though this ain't vital. 3) Force the "info" screen to come up the first time you use the system. A fair few people seem to of complained about not knowing controls and obviously never tried pressing the "I" info button; which covered everything nicely 4) Sort the camera out so it actually moves with party members, not jump to where they are moving to even if it's miles away. But all in all I liked the controls, just let down by the camera.

Magic XP Calculator
To crew reading this: Perhaps a check box or two, like on fm calc, could be coded into the three* mage calc for damage spells: 1 (easy one) a "no damage xp" to knock them down to just cast xp 2 (might be doable not sure) an "enter your own average damage" type box to fine tune the xp read outs. *Not sure if there's any this applies to in lunar

Magic XP Calculator
Calc notes explains: NOTES The experience values given for spells that deal damage are the average amount of experience you'd get for casting that spell. The actual amount of experience you'll receive will most likely be different, because it depends on how much damage the spell does. For instance, if your Fire Blast hits for 10, you'll get less experience than is listed on the calculator, and if you hit for 150, you'll get more. Combined with mage guide info: Damage inducing spells are shown in bold to locate them easily. The table also includes the base amount of experience you will receive for casting a spell. Experience based on damage inflicted is explained in more detail in the Experience points section. and For every damage point you hit your opponent, you receive .2 magic experience. You also receive .133 life points experience for every damage point you inflict. If you put your attack style to defensive, you get .1 point experience in magic and .1 point experience in defence for every damage point you inflict. tldr; Combat spells xp values in calc are base cast xp + average damage xp to more accurately represent xp you get when using them

Can't disagree there. I've forgotten already, did the thing we get in daemonheim actually have any use in the end? It's gland was used to make the serum that would disrupt mother mallums mind control, which is what kennith and ezial through at her to weaken her enough for eva to attack her. Side note: Did anyone find a working word for eva's name? Given her link to the knights i suspect a word play (sir tiffy cashien certification etc.) Best I got for Eva Cashien with evacuation

It's a skill, quests are going to require it and use it just like any other skill. Did you complain about All Fired Up forcing Firemaking on people so much? Or the Void series forcing Smithing, Crafting, and Construction on people? Or maybe While Guthix Sleeps forcing people to do Herblore Farming and Hunting? How about all the quests that have used Summoning since Summoning was released? The only difference is that when you add Crafting to a quest, it's to build a device or solve a short puzzle to build something, and when you add Dungeoneering, it's a short foray into a Dungeon with NPCs. Conceptually, it's the same - a skill being incorporated into a quest. This plus: ~1 - 3 years after a skill comes out we tend to get a spree of low - mid level quests for that stat because they like requirements in each skill for quests to slowly build up and not jump to much, so they kinda "rush" it too 50-60 region with 5 or 6 quests. It's happen with pretty much every skill release ever since rs2 IIRC.
