Tzhaar slayer assignment
Yeah just to explain further: Upgrading a tzhaar task changes it from "tzhaar" to "volcanic creatures" Only monsters inside fight caves count as volcanic creatures, while only tzhaar outside the cave count as tzhaar.

Stay Safe: A Guide to Account Security
Tip.it is secure enough to not let people get that data so dumping it isn't an issue. Besides if someone really wants to to ddos attack you they can easily do so without forum ip logs. Images can easily log ips that have viewed them, especially stat signatures that are a form of script anyway. Prime example being runetracks does it (though they don't let you see the full ip obv); from just leaving a rune track sig on my tip.it sig for a few hours to get the 10 unique ip hits required for runetrack to track you I got 231 unique ip hits.

Its not so much an "art work" as a serious of rs logos with texts arranged very crudely into some large letter. Plus its stupid as you can't just view it you HAVE to search for someone.

You didn't talk to Lalli the troll. You need Lalli to tell you he wants a pet rock and who has it in order to be able to ask for it.

Thinking about running...
That where my fitness is weird I am not unfit or extremely overweight just typical sort of slightly eat too much, and dont do quite enough could lsoe a few lbs but no real need to state. My stamina just utterly BLOWS; I think it could be linked to being asthmatic when I was younger coulda effected lungs or sumat. Like after maybe 3 - 5 minutes intensive excercise or about 10 - 15 mild excercise (eg walking around town non-stop) my breath just is completely lost and I have to stop and recover before I can continue; but its only my breath like all my muscles and heart rate etc feel fine and could carry on.

Imageshack
Oh, the link is still in the page - it's just that the tooltip thingie is blocking cutting / pasting. But all you have to do is search the source of the page for "Direct Link" and you will get right to that section of code. Why did they waste their time... Well yeah but that don;t change the fact they aren't letting you have it and if they are smart this domain thingy COULD be being applied to any direct link images that AREN'T in a members album.

Imageshack
I think it is quite possibly imageshack doing it. If you upload an image now it won;t let you have the "direct link" that most people use unless you are logged into a registered account.

Thinking about running...
Clearly you have trouble grasping "tips and tricks" as a concept. Tips and tricks on building up into a routine tips and tricks on when and where to run etc. You don't need any specifics for any of it. Tips & Tricks would be Your better off running on soft ground rather than tarmac when you're new to running so try to find a park to run in. To try and build a routine you should try and running x times a week, and work towards y times a week. You should mix types of run using these. Vulxai clearly can give tips and tricks quite efficiently based on the info I gave. I didn't spurn any actual advice; only a comment saying you cant tell me how to run for, since I didn't ask that. And yes I mentioned time briefly in reference to building up a routine, but it doesn't mean I want specific numbers it was just an example of one I had found/been directed too that seemed like a good sort of method. Twelve weeks that progress you from 15 minute walks to 25 minute runs.

Random Events
I'm gonna guess you've been playing more sincwe free trade an/or moved to a skill tht gains xp faster hence more randoms.
-
Random Events
Yeah I fail to see any correlation between free trade and randoms. They didnt change them in anyway when they brought em back. It still is how it has been that once u get randosm down to their rarest level u get one around every 500k xp.

Dungeoneering Kinship ring types.
Oh I have one last question: If I get a surge box (inside dg this is) and fill it with earth surge (current best spell i can do) and have it bound In a couple of mage levels time when I can cast fire surge is the a way I can empty out the box and put in fire surge instead? Or does it not matter, I recall reading in some place it only holds air death blood?

Runescape Error Message
Well in terms of runescape not loading as java crashed like 8/10 doing a clean reinstall of java fixes it; which is relevant here. Sure this may not be the case with other java applications, but in terms of rs not loading clean installing java is a basic step that more often than not fixes the issue. I don't know the exact technical reasons why it does it; all I know is that a file tweaked by updates is more likely to cause an error than a clean install; therefore on issues such as this doing a clean install isn't a bad first step. Sure doing a reinstall isn't a basic step for EVERYTHING (eg you would wanna use it as first port of call when an OS goes wrong) but Java takes all of 5 - 10 minutes to uninstall and put back and more often than not in RS related cases it solves the issue that resulted from a bugged or corrupted file within java.

Dungeoneering Kinship ring types.
I dunno why i wrote down sagittare there I was thinking of lexcius. But good info so on my original listing Blazer becomes gr8 than getting desperado for range, which only has low lvl uses really. So ideally speaking a good ring setup would be 10 berserker, blazer and gatherer and when I find one I should swap out arrow bind for surge box. And I'm guessing would be good to make quick-swap on the ring hop between berserker and blazer for efficient fighting and manually switch to gatherer as needed.

Ah I think I got range and mage back to front in my head. Range is more use on the lower bosses right? Like for the ice floor guy and the ranger in the spiral room.

Dungeoneering Kinship ring types.
Nope no Surge box I currently have a prom 2h and a gorg pl8 bound (waiting on getting a SSH drop to swap out pl8) and 125 gorg arrows. I always keep ranged ammo bound cause its waaaayyy easier to set up mage on the fly, I mean I know I need a couple more rc lvls to do it really well (with bloods). Afterall you can grab a few hundred ess for a few thousands gp and quickly make up like 200 casts. Is this wrong? And are ya saying the higher end bosses can be maged? All the tactics I ever saw for em advise ranging or meleeing pretty much all the occult and warped bosses.

Dungeoneering Kinship ring types.
I have the basic Berserker ring for most of them time. But I'm now getting to the point where I'm considering putting tokens into a secondary ring class for quick switch. I figure tank and tactician are useless since I use 2h so u nvr use a shield or accurate. I figure the 3 mage rings largely useless as most of the higher end bosses are best to melee or range and surge spells are more than enough on their own really to deal with the odd rammernaut etc. In ranged I figure sniper and keen-eye are useless as generally you use rapid stance. In skill i figure medic is useless as I don't do teams all tht much So for the rings I do think might be good. I see desperado being good (increased range lvl when in rapid) But I am leaning more towards the skill rings for my secondary atm. Obviously gatherer and artisan both reduce damage from skill tasks; very useful quick-switch when you hit skill rooms etc I figure. But then I dunno which works out better gatherer for extra resources when gathering OR artisan for saving resources when producing. I'm inclined to say gatherer since (especially in solo) even if you gather alot of materials you are likely to sell/alch them rather than produce them? What would you guys advise? Oh and obv feel free to correct me entirely on any rings I ruled out.

18-Feb-2011 - You brought back the Wildynow you can prove it!
There no way to "search" a picture and it will just be a picture since they've told us its being put on facebook The only way to "search" an image like that is when its already been tagged much in the way FB does and therefore you can find a zone of the picture related to that tag. I highly doubt jagex are gonna tag all 1 million user names since they will jsut become spammy tags that need to be removed after people tagg their rsn with their actuall fb

Thinking about running...
And the award for reading comprehension goes too... If you actually read my post I didn't ask about that hence I did not include such info. And there it is... spurns the advice he asks for. Yeah given that I didn't ask at all how long I should run for you're post makes you seem thick as heck. I clearly stated I was looking for advice on : 1) Building a routine of running which clearly means types of runs etc to achieve the two goals I mentioned (a point which Vulxai covered well) 2) When and where to run, in particular with relation to beating the self-consciousness factor that can deter runners. I never asked for advice on how long I should run for; that's an issue that I can quite easily fathom myself.

Mourning's Ends - Part 2
Also worth noting for this: In item lsit Babydragon bones has an un-needed space between Baby and dragon Iron Axe needs to be updated to Iron Hatchet Also on the death tally thing to be fair the required itsems at the top of guide says: "Death Talisman or items listed in final stage of guide" Though it should be added to tips and tricks that tiaras/staffs and the omni ones work as well.

Mourning's Ends - Part 2
That does seem badly ordered, definitely better the way you suggest. The way you suggest is what I recall writing (roughly) when I original did that guide, I guess its gotten jumbled some how over the years!

And the award for reading comprehension goes too... If you actually read my post I didn't ask about that hence I did not include such info. They are on nikeplus.com You have to pikc the nike+ menu and coach to find them and you have to be signed up (its free) to see em but apprently they are pretty decent according to sports folks at my uni. Yeah I'm thinking mornings sound like the best choice go at like 6am or w/e before its busy. Would I be right in saying here the first kind is best for general cardio, fat burning sort of work while the second is better for pushing stamina barriers?

Runescape Error Message
Just because its said often doesn't mean it isn't good advice. It's a widely known fact that after your system gets clogged up with several updates of java it does have a tendency to get a bit buggy. And like 8/10 errors while loading java applets are fixed by reinstalling java cleanly. So if it works most of the time and even if it doesn't work is beneficial what's the point in wasting time digging really deep into an issue untill you ascertain the basics aren't going to work.
