Been trying to work on my stamina fitness for a while now and lose a few stubborn lbs of fat, figure I should break into some proper full out cardio and running seems like a nice easy one to maintain; while still being one of the most effective. So I was just wonder any tips and tricks for building up into a routine. I found a 12 week program by Nike that some sports folks from uni recommend tht goes from 15minute walks through to 25 minute runs that seems a good place to start. But as for tips I'm looking mostly along the lines of deciding where and when to run and also any tips on beating the self-consciousness issue that many find tricky when starting to run.

Best first step: Completely uninstall java then reinstall Odds are you'll have a good 3+ java updates listed under programs, the way java sends out updates is really messy on windows atleast and can cause it to self corrupt and bug out. As an example freshly install java and you get say java platform 15. Then when an update comes platform 15 stays but platform 16 will be added etc. The more of these u accumulate the more chance of java going wrong you got. Its a good idea even when it doesn't go wrong to check once in a while and clean java out from a clean install.

You can't unlock infinite moves without the tall block (aka the pile of 3 at the back). If this tall block cannot be moved (which I think is what you are saying) you need to start at puzzle 3 in tip.its guide (Lowering Left Corner) as this is the step that brings the tall block into play.

Because the growth times given are sort of the minimum Other factors occur: 1) Logging in or log resets current grow cycle, so you slow them down that way 2) As in nature sometimes plants just don't grow. Plants randomly repeat growth cycles sometimes to mimic this. 3) Getting diseased and being cured will reset the growth cycle also (though this doesnt apply so much to herbs as it does to trees etc since no-ione really check herbs to cure em)

No, you buy bones at 103gp and sell them for 147, because the 4hrs till you can sell limit is gone, so the faster you trades come through, the more you can trade, hence why its smarte to earn a little less each trade, but in the long run trade more trades. He meant the minimum and maximum you can buy instantly. There's no price limit anymore. I think you misinterpretted what NikolaiH was saying. He meant if the absolute minimum u can buy bones for is 100gp, buy at 103gp and if the max they sell at is 150gp sell for 147gp. Aka buy a few gp OVER the absolute minimum and sell a few gp UNDER the absolute maximum as this means you get far more instant-buys and sells thus speeding up the amount of trades you do and overall increased time:money ratio despite reducing the profit per item

Flipping is very straight forward: Buy item x for the absolute minimum you can Immediately sell it for as much as you can. For example say bones would buy as cheap as 100gp, but would sell for up to 150gp You buy bones at 100gp and sell them straight away at 150gp

Yeah guide got fixed a while back. It was a slight flaw where by most of my guide had been used but then the crewbie originally writing it made some alterations to it, which turned out to be the bit that was dead ending people. It got changed to my guide completely since then and definitely works. Tricky puzzle to guide for in all honesty. I did the puzzle step by step about 15 times writing my guide as I kept checking and amending errors and even after that I ran through the puzzle about 5 more times just to be tripley sure! Also be careful as pretty much every guides out there have segments where (for example) it goes: a,7,a,7,a,7,a,7 land its easy to lose count of how many a7 moves you have done and missing 1 or adding an extra will totally mess up the solution. The best tip I saw for this is copy the instructions into notepad and delete each step as you do it to be 100% sure you don;t skip any or add extras. Using the tip.it guide, once you have reset you need to start at "Puzzle 4 Infinite moves" following this through to the end of the guide and it will sort you out.

Sounds to simply be a factor of how the system works. When you save a draft it "sends" it to a invisible fake user of sorts, to store it for later. Which would cause 1 and 2 to occur

I think it perhaps would be nice to make the armours marginally more common; but its good the statueetes etc are rather rare. Afterall when they were common pvp drops they caused massive inflation.

I have never made up a single answer. I don't reply on a good 75% on h&A thread as I do not know, or if I do psot I am querying part of the answer. When I do post I am fairly sure at the very least of my advice and I indicate as I did here when I am not entirely sure. If I am proven wrong so be it; but so far on all the threads where people have kicked up a big fussed when I post MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and said I' am wrong they have never actually provided proof as such and anywhere proof has been provided I have happily conceded that I am wrong. The game won;t differentiate between the canons. I merely meant you will only get one bk. Say you took both to green drags, used one til it decayed then put out your second until that decayed. The dwarf would only give you 1 canon back. As long as you don't decay more than 1 at a time you could use as many as you like.

3D films are long past being in their infant stage and have had a good chance at being as relevant as music or color was for movies but they simply are not. 3D has been and will always remain a gimmick. Have you ever studied film before or are you stating an opinion? That style of 3D died out because it was rubbish. This is a newer way of doing it that is still very much in its infancy hence why the glasses are totally different to the blue/red ones you used to have and the movies actually look proper 2D rather than sort of 3D but with weird coloured tinges at edges. Erm you just agreed with my point? My whole point was everything HAS to start as a gimmick before it finds its place as a good feature. Music and colour did it, my point was 3D may be a gimmick now but its gotta find its way to being a good feature.

In that case clearly it just refusing to show signatures, not sure there's much you can do about that other than using a non-mobile version of the site.

I don't think mobile browsers support dynamic images (which is what stat signatures are) because they use a fair amount of effort to get. Afterall the image link just directs to a php/java script that has to read parts of the url and look up the rs highscores to then generate the image.

I honestly don't see how that could be called "linear". The game allows you to do what you want in any order. I see a linear game as "start at level 1, complete that, go to level 2, complete that, go to level 3, do not pass go, do not collect 200$" I just don't see how you could make Runescape any less linear. I'm with Cheefoo on this matter, each skill on its own is linear as you go through it in order. And directly related quest series (eg the 3 void knight quests) is linear as they have to be done in order. But the gmae as a whole is not as there is no 1 linear order to what you do. You can train any skill you like and do any quest you like (mostly) in any order you decide too

No it loads when you go into the doorways. Just inside the building, right behind the banker and the tutor are two doorways you use them to enter once you have formed a party using the ring.

To solo: Open ring interface Form a party (press the button) Enter the doorways just inside the dungeoneering hall. Pick floor, complexity and size. TADA solo

This is true aside from the fact we have no conclusive proof that it is high-level or that it is related to slayer or that it is in the wildy

On the whole facebook thing its about knowing what to set ur privacy settings at. You can control what people who don't know you see based on the privacy settings for unknowns and for networks Then you can control what friends see what based on lists. Most people have it set up so random folks cant see anything beyond their name and like where they r from and 1 pic, people in their network can see a few details and only friends see the lot

I been doing c1 rushing with last floor c6 med (I prefer to solo) since floor 20, floor 20 - 30 went much faster than 1 - 20 where i was doing c6 small solos
