Well the remote is due to arrive tomorrow in the post and I won't have time til thursday at the earliest (most likely the weekend thou) to do any more shots properly so shouldn't be an issue. Then its macro practice time; we have soooo many mugs and empty bottles and all sorts about tht culd make some interesting macro shots, or at the very least good practice shots for composing etc.

What good would that do though.. Once you have the taboo of Jagex resetting you, I'd think people'd want to start fresh to have no eyes of suspicion upon them. However: Your account gets banned you start again. Tell friends oh jagex banned me for no good reasons blah blah; things carry on. Your account gets reset, you start a new one. Tell friends that lie; they can see ur old account is still there and see it had stat resets and thus know that you rwted or botted. Might make me treat ya differently eg no aww here have 2mil to get ya started more no friendsness

Its a good system really resetiing everything directly from these issues. i wonder how far it reaches: Eg if someone buys 500mil gp Spends it getting to high prayer n herb and epic armours Then use these stats to say kill nex and get some drops. wonder if the reset will take the drops back as they were gained (indirectly) from the rwt.

I don't go there because there is nothing to do there. Fruit Tree + Tree Farming patch and Advanced Agility Course. Though other then that, there isn't much there yeah. And the gliders since you have to ly there to fly to other spots.

There's no way to fill the BoB and Keep the bank open last I checked. Of course you can probably use the mini-orb by the map to go driectly from bank screen > fill bob, but it would still shut the bank I believe.

Didn't they take ou the jobs around lumbridge a while back because they were too easy to make money off for noobs; like they ended upo being best money in-game for low levels but resulted in no stat gain and therefore u nvr got anywhere. Buit of course they just reaplced it in the end with the non-diary lumby tasks tht net you like 750k if you compelte em all.

I should think they'll be a setting. Like how CCs you have rank X can kick It'll probably be rank X is member And no they would not of had same issues with GE really. GE would of probably had simialr race issues, hence the abort delay; but that is an entirely different system and engine thats to do with the system racing itself and thus only fractional races. This is about players changing data that you could easily end up with a good 2 or 3 second time gap.

I never said MF was superior in my shots and you are totally right when done right MF and AF should look the same; but still I wanna learn MF and I do feel it gives more creative freedom and enjoyment to the whole process. I could very well go away and learn just using AF, but then when I suddenly get a shot that absolutely needs MF i'm gonna be screwed again; I see it as far more productive to work on getting all aspects of it right. especially as through personal preference I would rather use MF where possible. Anyway my tripod jsut arrived,still waiting on the macro lens thts due today. Did give the tripod a try out briefly but jsut in my room pointed at random crap. I got better focus on mf than af oddly; but it dont really count because I forgot the floorboards in my room r like rubbish n springy; when everytime i pressed the button to shoot the whole tripod sorta "bounced" fractionally giving epic motion blurs. Team cape = useless. You want: Obby cape < Skill Cape < fire cape Plus either a god cloak or soulwars cape for prayer outfits. Berserker or an MA imbued ring > explorers ring (but always fercious ring in kurdels) fury would be ideal but glory is nxt step down

Doh yeah was forgetting the awb setting on camera, was thinking post production. How am I delusional or too focused, may I ask, when I have taken all the helpful advice gracefully and fully intend to work with it to improve my work all apart from being told to use AF because based on my opinion and various sources I think MF is more interesting to use as it gives you more control AND I think its more artistic to use MF rather than let AF do it for you; its hardly a big issue given once you get MF right you can achieve the same as and better than AF would?

Meh I spose its subjective. But as I said I not heard of any big name art photographers who use AF and I certainly think using MF gives more control and creative input and certainly prefer it. Half the joy in doing photography is setting it all up by your own means not jsut having some box u can point n click at random crud. I use RAW image files off my camera, but have the his res JPEGs as well so i can see thumbnails of the whats in my RAW files; and I don't use AWB or other such features or automated things. They tend to be utterly useless. And sure you may use a view finder fine with ur specs, but I don't simple as. I spose it depends on glass usage I rarely wear mine so I'm used to working with my eyes directly and got interested in learning photography well before i even had glasses.

This is where things get messy. No-ones been able to pin down how the eff they work when u do things tht give xp to more than 1 stat. As thats obviously giving hp xp and mage xp.

I dont have astigmatism nor do I wear my glasses regularly and It's virtually impossible to use glasses with a view finder effectively. Also wasn't all the professionals complaining bout busted AF sports photographers paparazzi etc? eg people who shoot on continuous mode in rapid action situations where they don't have the luxury of taking time to MF a shot? Most artists who use cameras I've read about all use MF, because it gives you ultimate control. As far as I am aware there is very much the two schools of photography: Business and Art. I can see business using AF all the time for speed, but not heard of much in the way of art being AFed after all art is about the artists control not what some microchip in their hand did for them. Edit: Forgot to include like magazine photographers in my list of AF users as obviously they work on tight schedules and need to get like 100+ shots in like 10 minutes or so

Yeah it confused a heck of alot of people i was obviously a last miinute change but it was 100% confirmed by thousands of players and jmods in the FAQ and ccs and QAs that the gloves do not in anyway relate to time. I spent the better part of 20 hours emptying mine cause I was in assignment season irl so just afked bandits while I sat n worked at my desk.

If you read the thread I said I got a tripod on the way. And no offence but I realllly don;t trust the advice to use autofocus cause basically anything I've ever heard or read or seen about doing proper photography rather than point and shoot basically says do not use auto focus and in my own experience autofocus is far harder to get the nice shot with than mf; including words straight from the mouth of my colleges photography teachers and various friends who studied photography at college and now at university. Anyway the entire point of an SLR is the viewfinder gives a live view of precise what the lens is seeing so I fail to see how using it is dodgy, beyond the fact I need to learn to compensate for my eyesight as the dioptre settings don;t fall 100% perfect to match my glasses.

The gloves do not last for 10 hours. They last for xp. And You remembering wrongly me thinks. 97 > 98 and 98 > 99 both are over 1mil xp for a single lvl A lvl 99 requires 13million xp lvl 92 requires 6.5million xp aka the half way mark xp wise So high lvls benefit less in this sense, the higher lvl you are despite gaining more xp you gain less in levels Say you train lvl 3 magic (oversimplfying here as obv charge becomes worth more as u lvl up) lvl 3 = 30k xp from the gloves. 30k xp would get you all the way to lvl 37, almost lvl 38 thats a wooping 34 levels gained Level 50 you get 500k xp which gets u to lvl 67, nearly lvl 68. only 17 levels gained Level 80 you get 800k xp which gets to 83 nearly 84. a mere 3 levels gained. This is the sense in which hati gloves r less beneficial to higher levels; but they give vastly more xp

Good points. I'm kean to continue with manual focus because it gives you far more creative licence in how the scene looks. Auto focus far to often will focus on something utterly pointless to the photo if your focus isn't central I find anyway. I don;t really wanna invest in a flash unit atm from what I've read the cheap ones are plain nasty and it's just gonna be an extra piece of kit for me to learn and get bamboozeld by. I'd rather focus on getting the camera itself down to a fine art first. I have a macro lens coming (finally) this week so I have a huge amount of extra scope for getting practice shots and posting more shots tht will hopefully improve further and get me more critique I can use. After all uk winter is just dreary and ugly, no major scenic places near by (and i lack driving atm) so I been restricted to what I can find in the house and quite obviously being able to do macro shots makes a heck of alot of objects or objects part suddenly viable subject matter.

I don't think that's the formula, Jagex said that high level players would get less of a boost compared to lower players. With your formula higher leveled players get more xp from the gloves. For instance, 10k times 50= 500k, so if your magic level is 50 you get 500k bonus xp before they run out. 10k times 99 =990k, so if your magic level is 99 you can get a total of 990k xp from the gloves before they run out. I'm not sure what the actual formula is, but I do know that there is a cap of 500k bonus xp before they run out. No they didnt jagex said higher levels would benefit more from them. When training 1 combat stat (eg non combat magic) ppl have shown without a doubt you get 10k * lvl so lvl 86 gets 860,000xp where as lvl 3 gets only 30,000 In the grand scheme of things the xp grows systematicall by steps while the xp required by elvel grows exponentially. 30k to a lvl 3 stat is a hell of alot of levels. 860k to a lvl 86 is like 2 lvls.

I get the impression Jagex are making gnomes to elves sort of how dwarves are to humans. eg humans are by and large (in rs terms) a varied race with all sorts of interests and general reasonably smart. Dwarves are a bit quirky and stupid and seem a bit dim witted but have a seemingly smart evil faction (red axe) and obviously r short ass. Elves and gnomes seem to have simialr dynamic but they r more nature and magic compared to human/dwarf industry and metal

The community I'm part of is largely jsut CC based these days, though we have forums tht have gotten a bit quiet lately. no activity reqs, no age req but the majority of our members are older. But its not right to completely change the subject matter you like simply because one person dislikes it; I like odd and quirky subject matter which Is why I take it; not saying any of these r awesome subject matters but still I took them because they are available to me and I liked them. Nor it it helpful critique to just tear stuff apart, what use is saying things look cellphone and auto mode if you don't qualify WHY or give any ideas of HOW to not do tht? Sure perhaps if you a well versed pro such comments u may be able to de construct; but I'm not so I by and large I need critique not just negative comments with no helpful info.

I never said they were good. I just said I liked them and felt they kind of worked, but also noted they had many issues. And I can hardly do anything but ignore your comments since you supplied absolutely no useful critique.
