Best way to salvage any pure: Just make it a normal proper balanced account. Pures are a big hype that doesnt pan out so well in the long run in my experience. With current pk systems etc a pure can be brilliant in a very narrow band of situations, while a generally balanced account can usually survive or smash out any pure of equal level.

Your logic makes perfect sense. But there is one flaw u assume that all of us by membership for a year. I didn't assume anything. I just commented that it still works out the same cost for 365 days. Besides theres no flaw at all given that jagex advertises it as "1 month" membership. To sell 1 month, in february, as anything other 28 days (excluding leap yrs) would be false advertising. As in february a month is 28 days.

Jagex always has run it so 1 month membership is dictated by the number of days in that month It means april, june, september and november are all slightly worse price wise than msot months and feb is like hella costly. but overall its still 365 days for the same price no matter how u chunk it up. Most other gamnes you simply don't notice because instead of saying you have x days left it says you have until y date. Eg upgrade on the 14th with monthly payments and u are charged every 14th of the month; which works opf exactly the same as rs. Afterall 14th feb > 14th march is still only 28 days.

Theres no real best way. It gives a set amount of xp regardless of how you use it. If you do combat mage you will get less mage xp due to hp xp. But if you do any non-combat spell you'll get same xp no matter wat spell you use.

There is a difference between a question and a discussion topic. Just cause it ends with a ? dont make it the same. Discussion topics are broad issues where many factors can be debated and discussed. A question only invites 1 plain straight forward answer. Scythes aren't tradable and therefore you question is hypothetical which leaves pretty much nothing to discuss; all it leaves it open to is people posting their randomly guessed amounts based on pure guess work or various economic etc rationales that have no debatable value to them since its all hypothetical.

I know you could before; I think you still can now. It used to be when ur damage worked out to between 0 and 1 (so 0.1 thru 0.9) in normal circumstance hit 0 with fero ring they hit 40. I think now it is still possible to get decimal points of damage of rounded, but rarer.

However its worth noting that when suiciding MA for ranks and points you can only get through around 10 - 14 games an hour. So usually you don't have to worry about hitting the limit, you will on occasion but then you only have like 5, 10 mins to kill.

The ways you get kudos: 1) Complete all the quizzes in the basement 2) Complete all the artefact finding on the ground floor (including finding a ruby amulet and learning to enchant them) 3) Talk to the guy upstairs to feed him info from quests, this takes several dialogues as it does 1 quest per dialogue and theres like 15 or so quests tht give kudos this way. Also about 3 require giving items anbd 1 neefds ghostly robes mini-quest done. 4) Ciomplete shattered heart for the first time. Yeah it was in part 2 I believe they said safe mode renders much slower than all other modes and should only be used if you system graphics cannot deal with the lowest graphics settings; which render faster than safe mode does.

I don;t think theres really any mage trianing optiosn that are that cheap aside from perhaps splashing confuse etc. But I think they "fixed" that a while ago.

Thats constant usage. It was confirmed in the FAQ for tht weeks update the gloves drain rate has nothing to do with time used. Only xp gained; which is tied to the level in the skill you train. Loads of people confused on this one cause jagex said it would be 10 hours in BTS and left it there evn now, despite the fact the gloves obviously changed last min as they have no link to time at all.

Yes but the reference to time is irrelevant how long they last is purely based on xp. Among all of my friends (mostly maxed or near maxed combat people) its not where near 10 hours. I mean I'm high 80s and I've got over 15 hours out of em and people on my list pushed the 20+ hour mark.

I think it was Mark Gerhard who was screenshotted in either the forums or his clanchat saying that 2011 was going to be the year of clan support. Hopefully we'll get more than just clan support, or else I'm going to have to join a clan. they arleady are. runetek 5 added the ability for skyboxes, they jsut not actually used any yet.

Sky boxes prob be used for cutscenes I should think; add more epicness if they can face cam at upwards angles And above user is right. If you think if the game world as a cube you inside. The floor level of the cube contains all the 3d areas you can run around; the four sides and top have 2d images on them of the distance objects/sky. As you move the sky box image changes to gain new distant objects and lose some as they become part of the 3d landscape. In example aboive as u move towards skyscraper it would leave the skybox and become a 3d model
