Ummm what is the n here? Just an arbitrary constant? Or is it a different type of differential equation requiring some sort of solution in series form? Yah, it's basically an arbitrary constant. The solutions to that equation are Legendre's Polynomials, which are specific to certain values of n (usually it's an l, but I thought it might be confusing to use that since it doesn't look like an l on the computer). You assume a power series to solve it.

Foster the People really blew up where I live. They're pretty good, though I kinda got sick of them after a week. Silver Mountain - Secret and Whisper. Their lead singer has a voice like the guy in Saosin/Chiodos, which I really like. Also like the style of music. Been looking for a band to listen to with that style.

Well, yah, I don't have to go, but a friend wants a companion because he actually does have to go. So I decided to suck it up and go for his sake. For some reason, going back to my high school of <200 kids is always so awkward.

I don't know if a pintail as long as mine will be good for trying to learn to slide on. I'm waiting until I get a new deck to start sliding practice (which will probably be in the summer). Else I'd be trying it out right now. I definitely with you on the casual rides. Longboarding is just so fun that I end up riding 12 mile round trips. I don't even care how tired I am because I'm just enjoying every second of it. And eventually, I get used to it and am not exhausted at all after 10 or so miles. :thumbup: Just realized I left my tool at college. Now I'll have to try and use a wrench or something to try and take my board apart and clean it. :\

I had to force myself off TIF cause I knew I wouldn't get much studying done with it up on my computer screen. Missed everyone. :grin: And on that note, finals annoy me. At least, the studying for them. You really never know when enough studying is enough.

Gosh, I still think of Harry Potter when I hear prefect, haha. Just killed my Chemistry exam. Feel so good right now. There's nothing like having a very esteemed professor like you because you simply do the work well instead of trying to suck up to him and all that.

Yikes! Hopefully by now it's healed up. Going home for winter break, which means some serious boarding (given there isn't any snow on the ground). I'll probably invest in some new wheels and bearings. The stock bearings and wheels are pretty bad at this point, but I don't want to buy top tier wheels like O-Tangs for my pintail when I'm saving up to buy a whole new deck. I went home work Thanksgiving break and got to do a little bit of dancing. I was rusty, though, but I got it in the end. :thumbup:

Not my most embarrassing moment, but it's up there: Walking back to my dorm from class. See a girl who was in my religion class freshman year first semester (we actually talked a lot every day). We hadn't really said 'Hi' to each other since that semester. So I wasn't expecting her to say 'Hello' to me as I walked by because there's been a dozen instances in which that has happened and we didn't say 'Hi'. For some odd reason, we're walking right past each other and she says 'Hi!' And I didn't think and said, 'Hey!'. Turns out, she was talking to the dude directly behind me. I felt like a [wagon]. So I just took out my phone and pretended to text someone. :P
