I was teleporting and using a preset with crystals/exo, banked at heffin crwys and traeerhorraeaeaen I assume with the extra stuff you could hit 400k fairly consistently

Didnt track clans :\ mostly the higher end ones (Meilyr, tratralhohrhaoraoeaern cryws heffin and amlodd) voice on Meilyr/Iowerth Also your first post has Meilry VOS xp as 194, I'm getting 204 and you have No VOS as 160, I'm getting 170 Everything else was matching up though

Now that I'm home I can make a bit more detailed post. I have been considering it for a while, but I think I've finally decided to go for 200m all with 1 defence. Going to be focussing on 200m Farming while training skills to get currency to fund it (Thieving, Slayer) I'll also be using my 07 alt again to further fund my goals. I'll likely do mining when I'm focussing on eoc, and runecraft when afking on eoc. We'll see how long until I quit that goal :P

What is the improvement in xp/h (comparison rates would be handy plz ty)All I know is "faster" with no experience or numbers. Just depends if the time to earn 20m smith xp from forges is greater or less than the time saved from using crystal (which is the missing factor) ideally you'd use crimson chinchompa for top efficiency but that's expensive.

I would use crystal. Simply because time saved by doing rune 2hs is greater than the time saved from smithing corrupt ores
