    Minimal requirements, free crafting, I think it's worthwhile. Certainly not past a certain point but damn good to start off with.

    99 Construction Making 4 99s 4 days in a row. Gonna see how long we can keep that going.

    Not speaking from experience for this certain quest, but most of the newer quests enforce the hard requirements for them. You could always attempt it, but I don't think you'll be successful.
