Just rocktail and rocktail soup that boost lp past max and cavefish that boost random combat stats by 2... That is it. I think people relied heavily on bonecrusher+zealots for prayer gain. Then there are other variations with prayer renewals, combo pots and auras. Really, prayer has gotten a lot of attention for ramping up its renewal rates.With demon horn necklace etc, but yea it may not see any use except pvp or if it's cheap.

Do you get xp from adding rocks like shattered hearts? If so do the melee ones give Defence xp?

You can wait the month or use a bond to clear your wait time instantly. So change name on alt, use bond change again forcing the name into available, then take it on the account you want

I accidently started a riot today Started with me dropping 40 something different divine locations for giggles, then other people dropped some + portables. Then the cannons came, then the flowers, then the fire nation attacked. It ended up being a riot for a lack of riots as well as; "Bring back crystal pepsi" "Bring back EOC" "We pay we say" "Bring eoc to osrs" "Bring back the tree" editted for better quality pics
