I like this idea. I think that a rework shouldn't be focused on adjusting the current levels but creating new content between 1 and 99 that can be used among all/majority armors. Not to mention laying a base for invention or another elite skill.

This is why I haven't been doing clues on my osrs

Thanks for the answers. Once I become motivated enough to stay logged in for longer periods I'll be resuming my afking on alts, and considered an Ultimate Ironman. Seemed pretty daunting at first but seeing the progression others have made I think it's more realistic than I once thought.

I would familiarize yourself with the new updates and such and then ask around, I'm sure there's a lot of older players that remember you that wouldn't mind showing you the handles on EOC. I'm not terribly well versed with abilities myself though. Its a bit daunting at first but it's not awful in any manner.
