i think plant cures dont have the "empty" option. You have to use them on a dead plant to get it empty...and plants dont very often. They actually have one, nowadays.

Ultimate defender pure: 70 attack, 60 strength, 1 defence, 1 prayer. Kill cyclopes with ranged to get the rune defender. Get 70 ranged. Yay swoot.
