The healing was very useful. Well maybe not the healing, but the damage it dealt to monsters around you. Obviously that's not as important anymore. Well That's kinda exactly what I said Well Not at all actually Unless by "damage boost" you're talking about any damage dealt in general. When reading damage boost I assume you just mean the 5% crit chance to all forms of combat. I'm talking about when there is a low level monster standing next to you and your BN Healing affect kicks in, draining the hp and potentially 1 hitting monsters around you.

It is, but the living expenses are way cheaper here than most of America so it makes it kind of difficult to leave.

He's not 120 so laws and 2x knives would not be a good choice. If I were you I would be using Hood, Plate, 2h, SSB+Arrows.

Welcome back! If you actually have a grasp on the EOC system then nothing should be too different or confusing for you. RS3 was basically just a graphical and interface rework from what I understand. Try looking at all of the default interface set-ups they have then customising one for your own needs. Pressing "L" will lock or unlock your interface so you can move things around quickly when needed. "M" also opens your map, which isn't that useful but worth mentioning.

Apparently he has had a close connection to Jagex ever since the poll so I'm really not surprised that he was chosen. However, I do think it is a very poor choice. I find him immature and really just a jerk. I don't really think any of us ranting on tif(or anywhere else) will change their minds, however.
