I made myself a new skilling outfit. I originally used Botanist's mask for a little bit, but then I replaced it with Witchdoctor's mask because the infinite teleports to Herblore Habitat are just too good.

Right now, I'm trying to get to 90 Runecrafting. However, the only guides I can manage to find either: 1- Are outdated or 2- Tell me to camp islands which are mostly populated by Soul esswraiths/Soul nodes which I can't siphon from. Does anyone know which islands would be optimal for Lv. 85-90? Currently at 87 with 1.3m exp left to 90.

I don't know why everyone expects a last minute discount; last World Event's discount happened due to one of those weekly faction votes where you could vote for a discount or not. There was no such vote for World Event 2, so why is a discount expected to be randomly given out?
