Not exactly; Hybrid armour has a 15 level penalty, meaning that it has the same Armour and LP boost as Dragon, Grifolic and Black dragonhide. I wouldn't really say it's free (opportunity cost and stuff like that), but that's a discussion for another time.

No, because those are Fifth-age quests and says so when you are about to do them, so they're like flashbacks of things that happened in the past.

Because Trouble Brewing is a dead minigame and allowing more players to access it doesn't in any way give any unfair advantage to anymore nor does it break any balancing. The players w/o Cabin Fever completed wouldn't be able to access Mos'le Harmless, as usual. It's not like they're giving everyone free access to the island without completing the required quests. Literally only good things could have come from allowing more people to access Trouble Brewing and the community goes and ruins it.

For reference: OSRS polls. OSR is run mainly by the players, which is VERY good. As someone who no longer plays it...the amount of changes players voted in there make it much more player driven than rs3, by a long shot It's a very bad thing when the players make questionable decisions like this.

Black salamander when you're fighting stuff weak to Bolts, Crystal bow when fighting stuff weak to Arrows. Could even choose one of the two and stick to just that one.

I want Invention first. I would like a parody World Event, that sounds like it could be pretty funny. As long as it doesn't require spending hours on it every day to unlock every reward, that is. Drop table rework? Just rework the RDT instead :c Adamant dragons seem like a logical addition. They could do White dragons, but then what about 3a range armour? meh I don't know if they should change the quantity of game worlds. If they reduced the amount of worlds, then each world would have more people in it, which would be a good thing, except concentrating the population would reduce the amount of available resources, which would cause annoyance.

Nah, would lead to people PMing them and harrassing them. Although right now everyone PMs the guy with the display name "Someone" instead, thinking it's really him getting a black santa hat each time. :P

I guess it's nice that it's a maximum of 3 times a day, but it's still a very dumb move by Jagex.
