Bored of the game..Sucks feeling this way :/
I just lost my beloved account yesterday to a hacker. My computer is clean and everything. :( I recommend taking a break. But CHANGE your password first, because it seems that if you don't log in for a while, you always log in and all your stuff is gone. At least that happened to me the last time I took a break D: Change your password consistently, too. But I feel you. Solomon's Store and the Squeal are just more ways for them to suck money out of you. I wonder how much loss they'd have if people stopped buying that and only paid for membership...

What's a good workout for lower abs?
Like said above, reduce body fat I also don't recommend trying to work on your ab muscles; let them work themselves. Also just keep a good diet, etc. Like the other muscles in your body, your ab's are also muscles. But they require a lot of work to look good. >remain with the regular exercise. >healthy diet >maybe work out more. idk Good luck OP

What did you do today?
I'm not super huge on mass right now. I also don't take creatine, but I believe that most lifters here do. I just can't rule having crystals in my liver if I don't get enough water. Also, it just makes your muscles bigger with water, no? I'm doing more toning and cardio right now. I do some normal super sets I guess. Example: bicep curls (basic) 10 @ 25 reps (warm up, get the blood pumping) 20 @ 20 reps (feel the burn, sometimes. Depends how tiring my day was lol) 15 @ ~18 reps and so on Not really hat hard, but as I said before, toning is my goal. I also have a bad right shoulder, so I have to make sure that I'm completely done training with, say, 20 pound weights to move up to 25, you know? We have a home gym thing at home, but I'm not a fan of it. I usually go to Retro Fitness; http://www.retrofitness.net/Web/ww/en/home.dhtml The people are nice, people clean the machines when they're done, and no one is really obnoxious when they lift. I like it :)

What movie(s) did you last see?
Parker I thought it was above average, to be honest. I've heard that movies released in January are movies that they just want to get out there, or something. But Zero Dark Thirty was released in January and I thought that that was amazing too. Parker: 8/10 - Needed more pew pew and the such, I feel. Zero Dark Thirty: 10/10 - This movie was honestly the best movie I've seen in a while. The suspense and raw action was great! I would definitely recommend these two movies.

Assassin's Creed 3
I'll agree that this game was kind of rushed, but I'm happy they finally released it when they did; the UK trailer was far better than the US trailer and it got me so excited! I think that another 6 months of DEVELOPMENT would have made this game amazing. I don't have full sync, but I beat just about everything and I'm thoroughly satisfied. Also, the units aren't that hard to beat! :D
