I 'd be surprised if any of the top 15 have kept qp up to date. Isn't it considered an xp waste? Unless the quest can be completed fast enough so that it's better XP/time for the top methods (And I doubt any quests are like that) or have good rewards that let you get more XP, it would be XP waste.

I've heard a rumor, I guess you could say, that about a week ago they implemented at least some part of the BotWatch system on to the server, but if that's the case they need to work on it a bit more.

Haven't been playing as much as I've wanted to... Maybe I can still get 1000 total by the end of the month, which was my original goal.

I'm glad they've finally banned gambling. I do wish that they made it possible to choose the flower color, easter egg color, etc. so that it would still be impossible to gamble, but you could still have the different colors.

Here's an update of who are currently in the running of being the first to get 99 in every skill. Of course, this can change at any time, as you'll see below. First, here's an update of the people I listed last time: Pur - He was in the lead at the very start until around a week in, when he started falling ranks. He's still training, but he's around 100th place right now. Dark Lust - She was competing with Pur for a while, but also has dropped a few ranks, to around 60th overall. Woox16 - See below suomi rs07 - See below Hero - He used to be one of the top people in XP, but now he's way behind in both XP and overall ranks - he has 8.5m XP and is around 140th overall. Atrate - Hasn't been training a whole lot, compared to when he was doing thieving. And here's the new list: Foot - He's gotten almost 13m XP in the past week, and is currently training hunter, along with a few other skills. unik4kosova - He's currently 1st place overall, and passed xMorgan yesterday. xMorgan - He(?) was 1st overall for 2 weeks, but then was passed by unik4kosova. Woox16 - He's still going strong, and is currently in 18th. suomi rs07 - Also still going strong, he's just focusing on woodcutting at the moment. Hopefully in the future when I make these updates it won't be so hard to do because it'll be pretty obvious how people are doing in terms of how close they are.

Probably farming. Right now there's 27 people at or above level 80 in slayer, but only 2 in farming.

Curious question... How much gp did you obtain from 65-99 thieving? Well, assuming the xp to gold ratio is constant, it would be about 5,034,001 coins.

Why would you think that? There's less quests in 2007 than there are now.

What do you guys think? For me it just seems like the start of easyscape... How are these things 'the start of easyscape'? Sure, things like one-click banking do make it a little bit easier, but I don't see how anything else would affect the game in a negative way, apart from grimies.

99 strength was achieved either late last night or this morning, CST:

Possibly Atrate. He has 99 thieving, and 81 RC and 81 fishing. Also Lv 100 Hax has 99 range and 89 hitpoints. If I remember, tomorrow I'll look at everyone who has a 99 to see if anyone else is close to getting a second.

I think it's fine. It's 1-2 extra clicks depending on what you're doing, but it's not as annoying as it sounds.

I don't think the server is going to die, not any time soon anyway. About week and a half after the servers went up, there were 70,000 people playing. If you don't count server crashes/restarts, we've yet to have there be less than 20,000 players online at once.

According to Wikipedia, the latest version of Java that works on 98 is Java 6 Update 7. You could try installing that if you can find it on a trusted site. Other than that, you're probably out of luck.
