I think he's saying it's hypocritical because you didn't understand what I was saying (also please don't take offence by any of this I personally could care less if you're P2P/F2P I just think it's wise to consider). Ok look at it this way. In the US, minimum wage is about 7/8$. For theoratical purposes let's just assume one hour of minimum wage work in the US is equal to the price of a month of RS membership. Ok? So. Let's take Mining for example. The best Mining exp/rate you'll get in F2P RS is about 50-60k by powermining Iron, if you're lucky. Ok so by extended multiplication, that means 99 Mining is obtainable in about 220hrs - or there abouts. Ok, so let's look at P2P. In P2P excluding Warbands, I believe Mining is a steady rate of atleast 75k. So by using the same math, 99 Mining would take something around 170-180hrs. Ok. So looking back at my first paragraph, by spending an hour of work to get a month of membership, you are saving yourself atleast 30hrs of time spent Mining. This time could be put towards your kid or towards working for whatever in the future. Thus buying P2P logically is more efficient/wise for you, if you can afford it. If you singularly just want the challenge of F2P, then go for it (comig from an ex-100% F2P'er it's quite fun at times).
