I'm already proficient in nullifying up to two incoming attack styles at different timings while flashing piety but safestepping is something I should work on a bit. Are there any decent resources on this subject? I haven't really found much clear information with regards to gd procedure other than target priority for different roles.

Replace Torag's plate with Verac's brassard if you have low def or prossy top. This only applies if you have 70 prayer. If not, get 70 prayer.

That was simply one of the most efficient orders in which to spend your money. Just wiki the items to find out why they've been picked. Until proselyte and slayer helm, you'll be wearing runite with a berserker helm/black mask.

Can someone confirm that it's only based on enemies being attacked and not both enemies being attacked and enemies attacking you?

I was under the impression of chaotic degrade being based on the number of enemies in combat with you rather than ones that you are actively attacking.

They're not treated normally with regards to combat state in every other way so I'm wondering if this is any different. Curse me for not chinning them, I know.
