Start off by forgetting about anything other than pure numbers and similar hard data on the RS wiki, though you're probably smart enough to figure that part out yourself.

If the OP was worried about effeiciency, why would they be at rock lobsters in the first place? What are the fastest magic exp and charm methods are his level? We can work this out. I was under the impression of alching+rock lobs being the most efficient way of training both.

Torso + V skirt if you have it. Prossy top + V skirt if you don't. If you need def for some reason, Dh/Torag top or K top.

Mine is that random events are a fun diversion from the monotony of skilling - if you just read through this thread, you'll see plenty of people who agree with this -, so the idea that all legitimate players are annoyed by them is a lot of rubbish. APM is np at all and shouldn't be for anyone. Execution is so easy in RS that it's not even worth considering in most cases. Keeping track of everything that you're meant to be keeping track of as a keyer while functioning in combat and determining optimal pathing is what's hard. There's a LOT of multitasking involved in DG and it actually has less space for tunnel vision than most RTS games.

Rigour for chinning would be more valuable than a CLS. If you don't want to Bandos, wyverns are the only things you'll be using a CLS for.

k, so DGS ranked me yesterday. I got my first taste of keying when I duoed a 5:5 with Tui and damn, it's nerve-wracking. I don't think I've ever been so stressed in a game before and I've spent 2 years in a semiprofessional RTS team and 2 other years training for competitive play in DotA. Never guessed that the game that used to be the most afk game that I'd ever played would be the most challenging thing that I've ever done. Frankly, I love it. Needless to say, I now have a very clear goal of becoming a ranked keyer. Let's see how long this takes.

Let me clear things up since Sy seems a bit confused. when the row shines, it means it's improving your chance at a better drop. This could mean one of two things. 1. You landed on the rare drop table and the row is improving your odds at getting one of the rarer drops on the table. 2. You have killed a monster with a drop that's specifically affected by the row. Items are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Broad fletching is really the only practical option. Everything else takes too many inventory spots.

No zerker ring for spears. Bind a baxe and a rapier. Rapiers are actually very good when up against enemies with unrealistically low def.
