Derp. My bad. I had a brain fart. I've already got the recharge cost down to its minimum from before xbows came out. Does this, coupled witht he recent change to crystal bows and the fact that I have two of the things change your decisions?

Far too poor to afford higher bolts until I motivate myself to raise my dung. I guess I'll be training with ye olde darts + ferocious ring. Fyi, crystal bow is every 3 ticks on rapid. Does that change things? EDIT: I'm skipping TDs and just grinding slayer until bolt racks come down again. It's just ridiculous right now.

It's not just lowering the rate at which you complete runs. Your return also increases. As I said, the evidence was pretty conclusive. If nobody knows, I'd encourage research.

Bolt racks are currently 420 each. The report I read proved that optimal KC (a single-digit number) massively increases the yield of deaths and bolt racks in a way that makes getting it totally worth the small amount of time that it takes.

I remember reading some empirical evidence regarding an optimal KC on the official forums but I can't remember the details. Does anyone else know about this? The results were taken from a good sample size and were pretty conclusive.
