  1. I think a more code-viable option might be to let you type in a % bonus yourself, and provide a list of text instructions on how to compute that percentage for different items and what stacks with what else. Otherwise...I don't know, might be a big mess :S. So you mean people have to do work to get the calculations? :O
  2. I can just picture a new friends chat coming out. "Free kills at a boss and you keep the loots! All you have to do is bring food and not die!"
  3. Depends on your luck and how many loots you make per hour but I would say 2 to 3m per hour if you're good.
  4. Hopefully you can make these bonuses multiplicative like they're supposed to be. Unlike certain other fan websites that are wrong by calculating the bonuses additively *cough* runehq *cough*.
  5. So it is basically an automatic high alch that converts things into base materials rather than gold pieces?
  6. If I'm not mistaken, I get exp when an item breaks down, right? Also, since springs are roughly 500-700 go ish, it is still profitable to break rune/Addy items down, right?
  7. Using dragon 2h sword or equivalent, super attack, def, and strength, along with 4 full prayer pots, you probably can do it. I did it with 50 magic with mystic robe set in one trip (years ago).
  8. "No one particularly cares, including Jagex, if lower level bosses are dead content or broken" Perhaps that's a reason why not many new players sign up and stick around?
  9. Hi, I recently won a Spring Cleaner on the Treasure Hunter and I was wondering how I should use it. Like, what are some good uses for the spring cleaner? Thanks in advance.
  10. In the past when I did wine of zamorak, grabbing the wine by hand is faster than telegrabbing (I.e. will always beat telegrabbing). You could try bringing a restore potion (cheap) and killing all the monks then grabbing the wine. It will drain stats but you can drink the potion o restore it. This worked like 5 years ago but you could try it. I used it to beat autoclickers and annoy them x d.
  11. How good is Manage Thy Kingdom? Last time I checked, it wasn't too good for the effort. Thanks.
  12. Because that's the gear that matters the most? There's plenty of people like me who have access to high level gear (because I'm a Comped player and I can afford any weapon I damn please), but I don't have the time to do beta testing for them, or any desire at this point, so I won't. Meanwhile there's plenty of people who may be willing to test stuff but don't have access to all the gear. IMO low and mid level tiers (think tier 40-->tier 70) is more important, but that's just my opinion. I think most people who play are using gear in that range (many can use tier 80+ but choose not to because of their prices), which is why I think it is more important. I know it can be hard to believe, but I would hazard to guess that comped players don't actually make up that much of the overall Runescape population, and as such, while testing for high level gear is necessary and vital, it shouldn't "matter the most."
  13. OK, thanks, I'll try to get 90. On the note of doing the gwd bosses for the tasks, how many kills of the boss per trip do you think I can make? I can only kill qbd twice per trip if that is any indication.
  14. Flipping is probably the least boring, and yet most efficient method of money making far surpassing any conventional methods--I'd recommend starting flipping from the very beginning (even without much money) so you get experience and know what to do. Then, once you get more money, you'd have the experience to make lots of money off flipping. At least that's what I did. I got my first 100k selling big bones/limpwurt roots from hill giants but made my first mil flipping fire runes. Flipping usually is better than "gp/hr" types of moneymaking.
  15. Do you perchance have "always on" mode on? If so, turn it off in the top right portion of your chat box.
  16. I am very frustrated with the lack of money coming in from slayer compared to other people...People in my clan say they get like 1m gp worth of stuff per task, yet I average maybe 200k per task. One person has the same slayer level as me (82) so it's not because my slayer is so low. Today I've done Jungle Strykeworms (200k), dust devils (5k), Baby Mutated Jadinkos (150k) and Elves (400k) for a grand total of <1m gp yet apparently someone in my clan with the same slayer level as me got 4m in 5 tasks... I've not had a task get even close to 1m except two times when I did gargoyles and got roughly 700k. After gargoyles, it's elves and aviansies from which I get 400k or so from (apparently people get 1m per aviansie task; I'm not sure how as I pick up every adamant bar and more and only get 400k ish). After those, my profits plummet to negligible >.> On a somewhat related note, I'm also annoyed (but not as much so as the lack of profits in slayer) that I haven't gotten any good rdt drops :/. I understand that this is based off of luck, so I'm not as irritated, but it is still disappointing for a dragon 2h sword to be my most valuable loot. That dragon 2h sword was only worth 160k, and it was from the Chaos Elemental, so it probably wasn't even a rdt drop. Anyways, does anyone know what tasks to skip because of horrible profits and exp? I don't mind not having profits if they're good exp, but most of my tasks seem to be bad exp AND bad profit (i.e. I don't mind Necharyaelas uglies because they're nice exp).
  17. I think instead of calling people dumb for getting a keylogger, we should try to help the OP with the original question--all this extra is wonderful but I think he/she realizes his mistake and just wants to fix the problem. Good job Arceus for doing that wonderfully. In addition, we don't even know if OP actually got hacked--he/she simply asked a question. Finally, I've never gotten a keylogger, but we have to keep in mind that young people play this...and they may or may not even know what a keylogger is. I know back in my younger days, I got viruses on my computer simply because I didn't know better. Calling someone "dumb" for not knowing how to identify "fishy" sites (pun intended) is like calling a non-basketball player dumb for not knowing the rules of the game.

    "Newb"

People who make alts to pretend to be new players and who subsequently beg for attention/money are annoying. You're totally new...by making a ranged pure with a full set of the best available armor/weapon/necklace at your level and have not trained anything besides ranged and hp. Seems legit. I guess it makes them feel good about themselves. They're still annoying to me, though. Thoughts?
  19. You'll need like 10+ free slots if I remember correctly. A bob will be advantageous.
  20. Dual wielding is technically better than 2h because the dual wield ability "destroy" is better than the equivalent 2h ability (the name escapes me right now). However, there are no buyable tier 75 dual wield weapons unless you have 80 slayer for abyssal vine whip and have finished seers hard tasks for enhanced Excalibur. The only tier 75 dual wield weapons are from the quest the void stares back. Since I am assuming that the best dual wield you have right now is whip and offhand dragon something, I would use sgs. Sgs=lvl 75 which is much better than whip/dragon=lvl 70/60.
  21. Shields have been phased out for the most part, so a 2h weapon like your Sara godsword is good. Bandos is good for armor. For ranged, use rune 2h crossbow and for magic, use bat wand and orb at your current levels. Lemme know if you need any more info.
  22. Ok, so after this dxp weekend, I've finally gotten 96 summoning. Since I got from 84-->96, I was looking to see if I could get suggestions on what familiars to use for specific things. Here is my current lineup; any advice would be much appreciated. Fishing--granite lobster mining--lava titan hunting--arctic bear healing/slayer--unicorn offensive/slayer--??? (geyser titan?) beast of burden--pack yak divination--??? (light creature or nightmare muspah) Thanks in advance!
  23. Welcome! Pm me in game if you are midleveled and need help--that's what I know most about.
