This is an incorrect statement, Equilibrium does not affect the rate at which you successfully hit (which is determined by your attack level), it only affects possible damage range on successful hits. Oh that just made it a lot less enticing I was under the impression that every hit was gurenteed to be 25% of the max. If the max on nex is 500 25% of that is 125 which doesn't seem like too much. Unless its taking into account the ruby max uncapped then capping it but giving us the 25% of what would be uncapped. Which must be what Q is talking about, but hasn't yet been tested.

I know this topic has been asked a thousand times, but I can't find any information on it.. I've searched everywhere Tomorrow I'll have enough for a 23,000 point aura. These are the things i do most in rs 1. Kill glacors 2. TDS 3. Corp 4. Nex (never been, but eventually) I was really thinking equilibrium would really shine at nex above all since its a guaranteed hit every time. If you have a team of like 6 people that's a lot of guaranteed hits. However, at glacors its probably worst then having nothing since accuracy is probably already really high and would be bringing the max hit down quite a bit. The other two i was looking at is vampyrism and penance, do these offer big enough bonuses to take them over equilibrium? Also equilibrium lasts for 2 hours and vampryism and penance last for 1. Jagex failed against actually suing iBot, so for them now to try and sue the user is even less likely to succeed. I am curious as to how Jagex managed to get the E-mails of people who purchased iBot software, it seems the owner of that bot isn't very careful with it's customers information.

Nope its most definitely from the huge influx of reflection/injection bots heading over there to check it out. It should be noted that its vastly inferior to reflection/injection.

I find it a refreshing break from the vague and empty words they usually post on the forums. They are enjoying themselves and so are many players in reading these replies. Let it be. No. They let bots go for years without even admitting bots existed and now they finally do something after 2 years and they want to act like they are gods gift to the world. Good for them it took them years to finally fix their broken game, but I won't give them props for it. They let it get so bad that it's going to directly harm them financially, and it's to the point now where RS will never recover and will probably be the death of their game.

Am I the only one who thinks Mod MMG and Crisso have been completely unprofessional and overall just plain immature with all their replies on the RSOF? Every reply just emits total arrogance, and it feels like they both have lowered their self down to a bot makers level. In fact I feel the bot makers have been more professional with their reactions. It feels like they are following the same unintelligent replies of your average RSOF user. If this was any type of company besides a teenagers game company I think the public would eat them alive. Jagex needs to teach their employees how to present themselves to their customers before letting their CEO and Mod's run around making idiotic comments.

I was thinking that too, I'm at 0/900 and armadyl runes buy for 1800 GP each on the ge that means with 99 RC each shard is 180k. If your killing 50 an hour you should get 5 shards which is 900k an hour plus a bunch of mediocre drops. An effigy every 1.4 hours and good amount of charms If your really lucky then it's really good money but if not (us) then there are better money makers, but probably not better effigy + charm + money makers + good magic xp. It all depends what you value magic is already useless xp to me and summoning will be soon as well.

You'll do fine, I think you can expect around 40-43 kills per hour. If you can level your summoning without a combat level I'm sure you could manage 45+ with steel titan.

From what I've seen Storm of armadyl kills the enduring in 3 hits about 90% of the time and at most 4 hits 99% of the time. Basically you can kill the enduring with storm of armadyl at the same time that the unstable is blowing up for the very first time, then finish off the unstable as your titan is finishing off the sapping. It's very possible to clear all 3 of them out at the exact same time.

They have like 300 mods and we know a lot of Jagex mods aren't the brightest so it was bound to happen eventually. As far as I can tell this guy was head of community management, which explains why he was on a fan site. It also explains his lack of security because he probably doesn't know better. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even play RS lol.

Yeah im sure mod accounts are instant locked anywhere outside of Jagex HQ, or at least that's what Jagex says.

You could still send a snapshot of the CAPTCHA to a crowdsourcing platform just like you can with alphanumeric CAPTCHAs, and probably figure out a way to read the results back into a script in short order. Its not just small-time gold farmers & botters that use crowdsourcing to break CAPTCHAs though. Heres a recent article from O'Reilly that illustrates criminal uses for CAPTCHA crowdsourcing. These sort of CAPTCHA reading things turn up on Amazon Mechanical Turk from time to time, though more of the people there have begun reporting this sort of thing to Amazon for job cancellation. Because of the more overtly criminal uses of these CAPTCHA breaking schemes, crowdsourcing platforms are more alert to them and terminate them much more readily. The old sleepwalker method of third-party validation would be much less likely to work today, and in reality a RuneScape CAPTCHA might be worth trying again. At this point, what really do they have to lose? How would it be less likely to work? Yes it would defeat really lazy people, but massive gold farming companys are going to hire one person to get all 200 of their accounts into the green everyday and not see a real massive loss. And it's definitly not going to defeat the person botting their main account trying to get to max skill total for prestige, or their pure for pking.

Not sure if this has been mentioned but captchas were essentially beaten in RSC using a program called "sleepwalker." This was a side program that worked along side a macro client that would open the sleeping bag when the character was 100% fatigued. It would then take a picture of that captcha and send it to a program where a real active user was waiting to solve it. To keep using this program you had to keep your account in the green which required that you do so many of these captchas a day. It was very fast to keep your account in the green, probably about 5 minutes or less a day of solving captchas. Even with the idea of using 3d images of a dog with a certain letter on it would be beaten by this because I don't necessary think it was a picture that was sent to the program, but more of a live stream of it, hence, thats how you could solve it.

They are now sold out on GE because people think they restore prayer points, which they don't lol.

It's possible, just use bandages on wounded team mates to keep your activity bar up. You won't gain any experience.

Jagex hands out accounts like they are nothing these days. It's very easy to recover an inactive account, look at all the top players that have been recovered recently. Jagex doesn't care at all, if you get just 1 or 2 questions right then the account is yours.

it's probably getting banned soon it sounds like the guy botted hundreds of hours at green dragons with it.

I'm sure you realize this, but foreign worlds are a lot easier to complete your greater demon task on. And FYI for anyone who didn't know the cannon will attack other peoples familiar and that will cause you to skull, so don't bring what you aren't willing to lose.
