Yup. "Real" punk as its regarded, is the stuff from the 70s and 80s when the anarchist movement came into play. Most people just seem to think any 4-piece with strumming and distortion is punk these days...most of the stuff in the charts is pop punk and emo punk sadly... There's so many sub genres of punk that you can't compare it to another style so close to itself. I mean, most of the stuff in the charts is emo-punk. Emo (at least these days as its in its third wave) is simply emotion fueled music - "emo" bands like Dashboard, FSF and Jimmy Eat World...it's not all that my chemical romance stuff in the charts and it's not all about dieing and crying in the corner. Most of it's full band acoustic. At least, that's what I gather. Feel free to slate me on how From First To Last are teH em0 g0dz omFG

Okay, as some of you know per the 5 odd topics i've posted moaning about my computer, i recently formatted. I have no sound yet, as my soundcard isn't installed - it's all hooked up the computer, but the install disk is up the loft and i can't get up there for a few days. I'm running a SB Live! 4.1; I've tried running the drivers from their website but it says they havn't detected a sb live card on my system - any idea what i'm doing wrong? cheers.

Hmm. seems i'll have to reinstall my graphics card and sound card... is there any way to find what graphics card is hooked up to your system? i know i have a SiS card, but not sure what model...

Seems so much slower... anyone know what it could be? I've yet to install most drivers etc...

same thing happened to my girlfriends mum the other night. driving home from work, some speeding knob jockey smashed straight into the side of her car. ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã1000 claimed on insurance but their car's beyond repair... kinda winds me up because she's choosing not to sue. if he totalled the car he mustve been going pretty damn fast, plus she's got a 1 year old son and if he was in the car, a few feet one way and that couldve been it. wouldve been a different story then.

Hmm... Whats your camera make and model? and can you stick your DVD-RW into your computer drive like a cd? Try using the line-out or audio-out or something socket from the camera directly to the line in of your computer and record it manually from line-in using a sound recording program (goldwave or somethin)

I really don't agree with you on the talent part. If you've seen them solo you'll know they're talented musicians.

They're alright, pretty overrated considering most of their songs are based on power chords and strumming :) More of a Stone Sour fan myself. 3.0 was a damn good album though :)

Luna C has done some amazing stuff in his time. Alek Szahala for bringing the madness back into trancecore. DNA for never having a dull moment up until being slandered and eventually quitting DJing and Production under that alias for writing and DJing breakbeat hardcore in a time when sped up trance ruled the earth. Brisk for his amazing mixing talent and keeping some insanity in hardcore. and Mark EG for smashing records over his face to get the crowd going :)
