Parental Control - Getting out of hand?
One thing that alot of parents seem to miss is, that if you shelter your kids as much as most kids in the US are, they won't be able to make decisions on their own and will not end up as well adjusted young adults. In my experience, the mothers in places like Argentina are much better parents because they don't have the resources (or any reason) to shelter their kids from from the rest of the world. If a kid is old enough to know not to get in a strangers car, the parents will not follow them around or even worry about them. Although many parents would not like to admit it, the world is not a nice-happy-fun place. At some time or another their kids will have to learn that taking a beer handed to them by a stranger is not a good idea. Unfortunately, often times the only way kids will grasp this concept is when it happens to them and they think, "Oh, maybe this isn't as cool as it seemed".

Favourite Car
If we're talking about obtainable cars, mine would be the Pontiac GTO. I rented one once, and believe me, that is a fun RWD car. Maybe a Caterham also. \

stock or tuned? - EDIT - added pic of my car :)
It is pretty tame compared to some of the crap you see on Hondas sometimes. It isn't like those "body kits" that you see on the '94 Civics in your local high school parking lot.

I'm afraid this might turn into an argument, but if you want some "for show" stuff, go with the Honda kit. If you are looking for more performance you would have to go aftermarket, and I don't just mean some stupid coffee can exhaust tip. In short, I wouldn't bother, it's an overpriced gimmicky thing IMHO.

Favourite Car
I hate to say it, but most cars made today are mass production. It's kinda the point. Anyway, in recent years Volvo has started looking into performance more as well as safety, which they have always been best in.

Little known facts about you
Excellent. I got an 18 piece that I liberated from someone who couldn't use it :) Heh heh, glad to see some other lock pickers. I got into it as a hobby when I was ten and it kept me mildly entertained. I don't see why people treat me like I'm evil or something, it's not like I break into houses. I would put something like "most of the time" here, but it's lame when people do that. Anyway, -I'm not depressed -I'm not emo -I don't come to Tip.it to talk about my imaginary girlfriends -I won't claim to have a IQ of 150 -I like alternative rock -I LOVE my 64 Chevy Impala SS -I won't pretend to be some macho guy who "won't hit unless you hit me first" -I like animating in flash 8 and using Photoshop CS2

The N64
I'm mostly a PC gamer, but the only console I have is my N64. The first game I got was Top Gear Rally and the OoT, nowadays I have like 30-40 games for it. I think I'll get a Wii though...

CRAZY THING IN ARIZONA!
Heh, in Wisconsin we have a foot of snow and icy roads but we haven't had a snow day in a few years. You all get off so easy :shame: The school board see's it as a matter of pride that they won't close snow for a foot of school. Sigh...

Mass Webcamming
Im afraid that wouldn't really be possible, unless you had a dedicated hosting service with a fast dedicated server and huge amounts of bandwidth. I think.

List the programs you hate!
Any program made by Hewlett-Packard (scanning software, printer drivers, etc) They never feel properly intergrated with your system or the other programs that they feel the need to use.

Coolant in a car Question
If the manual says not to fill it up, you shouldn't. I'm not sure why, but it may be because heat expansion will cause it to either blow up or just leak out.

First High School Job
Unfortunately, most places won't hire a 14 year old kid to work with computers even if he says he's "teh 1337 h4xor." If you did want to get into that you could wait a few years and try to get a job at geek squad. The thing about most of the people at geek squad is that they don't really know all that much more than basic computer maintenance most of the time.

How to block web pages
One question, why are you still using a computer w/ 128 mb of RAM? What is that, windows 95 quality or so? You could probably get a better computer for free if you asked around... That way you wouldn't need to worry about playing *high def* flash games :

Zelda: Twilight Princess
I just finished the game yesterday, I have to say, the last battle was disappointing, I thought it would be somehow harder. W/E, I guess its time to go and find all the little side goals...

Fast Metabalism
I was wondering if anyone would say that, I was 6ft tall in 7th grade. I don't like bending over to hug people... Anyway, I'm still 135 lbs, I probably have fastest metabolism in my year other than this kid who is 6% body fat. Now THATS a fast metabolism.

new system
Yup, don't get AGP, find a PCI-E card. You also shouldn't get an SLI board because you don't have two cards and the one you have is pretty low end anyway I would recommend a Core 2 Duo and a different motherboard

Rough/strict Parents?
Bloodstain is right. So he should thank them for that? How is telling him he works too much helping him exceed? I have a kid in my class whose Dad takes $200 from him at the beggining of a semester and doesn't give it back unless he gets a 98 or above (he happens to be Korean). I mean, you can't say thats fair.... About the physical abuse though, are you bigger than them? At some point you need to just stop letting him hit you, and show him that you have had enough. Don't try to disrespect his authority, just don't let him abuse you. Anyway, my Dad is the sort of person who gets irrationally angry, and will just walk up to me and hit me or yell at me before I have any idea what he is talking about. Usually whatever he is yelling at me about was something that never happened, and I just prove to him beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is wrong, then walk away. He usually doesn't apologize or even talk to me for a few days after I win an argument with him. Some people just can't stand to think that their son could ever be right about anything they thought wrongly.

The loser returns!
If you want to bulk up, swimming is the best way to go by far. After my friend had been swimming competitively for 4 years he was faster than anyone in the class and could bench twice as much as most people. But for advice, I'd say wait until you're older and ask her out in high school. Everyone seems to think they need to start their "relationships" in like 7th grade, but it's not like you'll ever see her again once you in college anyway.
