One of the tasks is to kill Jad, and I assume this hasnt been done before if the OP is asking for advice.

There's alot of false/outdate information floating around in this thread. The easiest way to deal with them is to kill them as soon as they spawn. Tag each of them as you did before, but kill them off. They heal regardless of the distance from Jad. If you kill them before they heal Jad to full health, they will no respawn. Deflects and long range no longer work. Tired of people spreading this outdated information.

Never does he say he wishes to achieve 70 str in the fastest way possible. Slayer is the obvious choice if you ever intend on leveling it. Guthans is not worth using in conjuction with slayer. Use Sara Sword (if you can afford it), or dragon scim. Additonally, you need much higher stats to be effective at bandos. If you intend to max melees, dg is worth doing for the rapier.

Fair enough. Definitely worth it granted that I still need the summoning exp. I saw the profit on the sheets, but I figured that the G.E. mids were way off. After some quick tests, I've found that it's actually around 1.1k profit per @ instant sell. More can be made if you wait longer. Thanks for the tip Grimy!

At what point do gold charms become inefficient? It seems that they take forever to level with, so I was just curious as to if I should even bother picking them up?

You could always make into unfinished if you have the dg scroll, or turn to RSOF and sell in bulk for increased price.

Would be useful to update, as there are always questions regarding this. Need to update the changes to the healers.

I don't see how I could have "messed up". I had SOL equipped the entire fight, because I used the spec' to allow for bad spawns. I've yet to see anyone claim that they've successfully deflected since.

Healers DO SPAWN WHEN USING DEFLECTS. It should be noted that I also killed the healers two times and they respawned as well (seperate attempt from deflect curses). I did break LOS with italy rock during the attempt that I was killing healers. The only way I could get the healers to quit spawning was to kill them before Jad regained full health (Killed 3 sets of healers this attempt).

I would say bout a week ago. This method does NOT work. I tried it several times a couple weeks ago, and the healers still spawned.

The only mechanics that have changed are the way the healers act. If you're melee rushing then this is irrelevant. In regards to the animation changes: If jad stomps his two front feet, the he is using the ranged attack. If he stomps his right foot, then kneels (with a fire ball on his back) he is using magic. Melee has no long animation, so if you intend to protect melee, do so immediately after the other attacks hit. If the prayer part seems confusing, find a video on youtube.

Either now, or immediately after the update. They will crash a day or so after the update, if I had to guess.

Pretty sure green drags are way better, but...to each his own :S The point of skilling is being safe and not havign to buy gear or food... He shoudl at least have a whip before he starts green drags... and if ur a [kitty] and kinda scared blue drags r nice too He/she doesn't have the agility to use the shortcut for blues, nor the dg for the resource dungeon. Blues are garbage money. Greens are extremely safe, and he/she will still make more money at greens (with d scim) than he/she would skilling.

Ah, that would explain it, I didn't think -76m an hour = 5m. :shades: My question would be, why not get a scroll of cleansing? If you're going to reference making unfinished's, you must have one....

This topic is full of lulz. I'm not surprised that someone saying that they are going to "kill themselves" results in police involvement. It would be illegal for jagex not to inform authorities of these claims...
