1.8M I think Whips go for 2.6 - 2.8 Rune [T] goes for 1m to 1.2 So you got a good deal.. Rune [T] is only popular on f2p now due to all the armors from construction.. good trade tho

The biggest mistake people make in Barrows is not in the tombs, but in the Tunnel.. Easy to confused and not prep'd for brother when you open door. Lesson here... When in tunnel your prayer is most likely always 0 Always Have your inv screen open and ready to sip ppot. Get your health close to 100% If you open door and brother is there, go back through the same door (other way) and get your Prayer up then protect and go back in (be aware of twins)

Cliff Notes: First time to barrows and went for fun not profit... Got Items out of bank - Went to barrows - Got Dharok in Tunnel - Got to chest without getting owned - Didn't get rare drop only runes.. The end Barrows in the long run can be "Profitible" for anyone. You just need the money to supply yourself for the dry spells. Is it worthe the time and effort? I say yes... It's more fun then training on Moss Giants or FireGiants and you have the chance of a 5.5+m drop... Would I do it at that lvl? Nope... I hate doing things unless I can make the most of my time. Why I trained Prayer to 69 and Def to 90 and got Guthan.. 5-8 runs per inventory..

but pures can't just buy a new one... When they die.. which now a days happens more often then not... They need to spend time trainin for tokens. then getting them back.. So I don't see many using them too much in wildy... more for arena..

Use splash technique with mudstaff. Also good place is the Mage guild basement.. They are behind the cage for you... good luck

did you go outside after each drop and tell her you got a defender? I read on the RS knowledge base you need to upgrade after each drop and want to confirm what you did.. thanks

The post on you have to upgrade the defender was right on.. From Runescape knowledge base: " ...The first defender you get will be bronze. When you have this, return to Kamfreena and show her it. When you enter again, she will say that the Cyclopes will now drop the next one up (iron). Again, you will have to kill until you are lucky enough to receive this drop. Continue this for steel, black, mithril and adamant to finally get to rune...."
