  1. English isn't my maternal language, but I am annoyed deeply if people don't even try. A few years ago, there was a Russian player named Snake Slavik, who was a long time the number 1 ranger. He could hardly speak a word english, let aside write, but he tried to form decent constructions. What I mean is that in RuneScape you don't really have to type every word fully, but the "leetspeak" or the weird talking like "plz do joo have mi swoord!" are annoyable. As for forums, in my opinion you should always try to form -in a way- decent sentences, spelling errors aren't a shame but there are so many ways to prevent them (example: search hard words translations on internetdictionnaries) or atleast try to minilise the errors. It sounds a lot of more work, but atleast you learn to write decent English which isn't unhandy.
  2. That's a decent idea, but I still think that for example the yew prices will be 200-500 gp higher after the stabilisation then it is now. And even over a 50 gp rise there's a whole e-drama about it, what will it be with 200 gp or more. And even if it would stabilise to the normal price, I wouldn't wanna be JAGeX with all the complaints of "kids" who find it a shame they have letten the prices skyrocket like that. Also, I stick to my point TIF will be a mess with rants & stupid topics in GD about the fact that the prices are so high.
  3. I've been F2P from 2002 until the beginning of 2006. I didn't have problems to ignore it. If you can't do that, put chat on Friends or Off, or switch to P2P. A heap of clicḫ̩̉̉s, but the only solution.
  4. No. We have already enough subfora. And as The Sith says, a subforum is only needed when topics made on a date are already of page 1 a few hours later.
  5. I'd keep 10M now to have some -staking- joy with, and do something fun with the other 50 million.
  6. To be honest, F1 isn't fun. It should be like ChampCar if my information is right. Make sure every team has the same amount of money and then we would see a lot more exciting races. I'm a little dissapointed in the FIA, because if it's really true Alonso & Hamilton knew what the settings were of Massa & Raikk̮̦̉̉nen, they should be punished too.
  7. FREE to play. That means FREE to act stupid, FREE to create a new account when you are banned for acting stupid. This doesn't mean everybody in F2P has that, but the amount of people who are like that is ofcourse bigger. I don't understand your rant tbh, mostly the people who act like that aren't better and should be ignored.
  8. Nice work, although questing learns you -sadly enough- every shop that's around in RS. :| A good update though, because some items are really only to find in some shops, or can be bought a lot cheaper.
  9. Get rid of that white crown, and I bet a lot of "attention horny" current player mods will not be so proud anymore. The best proof that player mods are a joke now is the fact that a lot of people have in their signature "Player mod". Also, I know a lot of people who have been playing for 6 years now, never had a black mark but still havn't been modded. Nothing wrong with that, but if some low ranked -not knowing anything- people get it, I find it funny.
  10. Ofcourse Pong, Tetris, Pac-man, Mario etc. but also Dangerous Dave! An old MS-Dos game & really fun (at that time).
  11. My point exactly.
  12. It depends. Swimming is really good, but you need to do it regularly & long enough. It doesn't matter what your weight is, you can always swim and it's quite fun too. But ofcourse, you need to go to a swimming pool etc, whereas jogging is quite easy but not really fun if you aren't in good shape.
  13. RS2 is a decent game, but it's WAY too childish. There's no danger in it, no challenges etc. All you have to do is click, click and click. Some forum member called it Clickfest 2, and I have too agree. I would like to see the old wilderness PK-ing system return, the 3 hit rule. Get rid of that wilderness thing if you enter (oh my god it's dangerous!), make the NPC's more challenging, and for example forbid praying on some mosters. Also, improve costumer support & player feedback. Now, I don't play RuneScape anymore because I don't have the idea I'm playing a game that has no challenges left, where you just need to "freak" to be good.
  14. Ok. Nevermind, I just wanted to see what everybody thought about it. Guess it's not a good idea, that's ok.
  15. Disagreed. There are many people who do care, but aren't able to do anything.
  16. No. The hot topic is not only from GD discussion, it can be on every board. This idea will be purely implented for GD boards, and will be by nomination of the users.
  17. Decent idea, although we can close tip.it forums then because hundreds of members will complain in rants that yew prices or other raw materials are skyrocketing. And even if that happens, autoers would still make millions by selling it to F2P players, or by buying members and just do it again there.
  18. "The"-futures, in september 2005. My dream was always to join Zeonic Force, I really admired that clan, and still do.
  19. Tip.it needs a strong -new- staff injection of people who are already on the top of DI, The, EH, Corr etc. and could attract more people. But the most important is that we need to improve by changing from the roots, so not just a "brush up" of Clan Discussions. Also, a different way of moderating CD is needed, because not every topic with some discussion needs to be locked.
