Impressive, there has been a whole argument about Japan not getting China's budget, when Japan never got China's budget. As for China's Leader not being here, I have recieved two PMs this reset...

Ok, brief version, proper version will be done later: Argentina blows up Sydney, Australians vow vengence and begin whole sale armament, they have also bombed Argentinian Oil Drilling sites in Antarctica. Argentina invades West Coast of Africa, taking some one Million Slaves back to Argentina. A huge number of countries have demanded that Argentinian leaders step down immediately. Germany announces the arrest of 5 Bussiness People in relation to Clear Sky, growth is suffering. Two research labs in Germany have been blown up. Italy has begun a large public school project. The rebuilding of Rostok is underway. Switzerland has been condemned for covering up Argentina's blatant lies and has been generally embargoed. Paraguaians have risen up in revolt against Argentina. France has released the EuroFighter III. Russia has released the T-125. Britian has released the Victoria Assualt Rifle. Canada has released the Ottawa Class Destroyer, and Angel Class Air Craft Carrier. Economists are predicting the Euro will overtake the Dollar as the Default Monetry Unit within five years, they are attributing this to Germany's recent surge in growth.

Its cause his face is the same colour as his body and shoes... Not to mention big eye little eye. Oh, and you may want to have slightly orange tints around the magma lines, kinda like what I did with the eye on my evil pic =P Also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Venous_system_en.svg If you were to use vein lines then people, for some strange reason, like the picture more(Its weird, don't know why, it happens). Would also give him a cool orange/red stripe down his back(Which turns yellow when he is scared)...and would mean you could have the veins bulging when he was mad. The girl/guy looks largely unchanged, more leaning towards female, but still somwhat ambigious.

Argentina: "During last year's short war, the State of Paraguay was a major battlefield, leading to much death and destruction, and we Argentinians must shoulder at least some of the blame for that. While it is true that Brazil launched an unprovoked, and devestating attack on our training groups, we should have grimly bore out those losses inside our own territory, not dragged the poor people of Paraguay into the hardship of war. With Brazil turning their backs on their victims it falls to us, the wronged party, to clear up the mess and allivate the suffering of the truely innocent." General Archimus of Argentina Argentine forces have remained fully engaged in Paraguay, even though the war is over. The New Paraguian Government has invited the Argentinians to stay, after the previous Government died in Clear Sky Attack. Many Paraguaian newspapers were skeptical of this and so a Swiss Team of Inspectors have been called in to investigate the bodies and the briefcase containing the Chlorine Bomb. Some 120,000 Soliders are conducting road building efforts in Paraguay, while Medical Aid is being given out free of charge. The local population is currently reasonably calm. Meanwhile, in Australia, an Argentinian 747 was shot down by Australian Anti-Aircraft guns, over Sydney, so claim the Argentinians. The Australians have declared they had no knowledge of this and promised to launch a full inquiry. Within hours an Argentinian Paratrooper team had landed and secured the Aircraft with 9 Australian Civilian Deaths. Australian police force, and later army, then began a pitched battle to retake the aircraft, after the Argentinian Envoy, in Australia, refused to withdraw the troops. Argentina, under the leadership of Field Marshal Archi, landed several thousand troops at a nearby beach, and established a beachhead, before moving to join up with the paratroopers. By this point the Australian Army was being deployed, and frantic messages were being sent to Argentina, but to little avail. Within a week Sydney had been encircled and the resistance was ebbing away. It was at this point that Field Marshal Archi decided that there was no need to continue this violence, giving a speech: "We, the Australians and the Argentinians, have lost sight of what we are really here for...the Truth. Lets not bicker, and argue about who killed who, let us come together, treat our wounded and await the verdict of an impartial party, the Swiss, so that we can get to the Truth, rather than fight...Can't you see this distrust is tearing our friendship apart? We are prepared to await their judgement here, in Sydney, if Australia is willing to let the civilians leave? We don't want any more death today." Field Marshall Archi of Argentina The Australian Government, initially resistive, eventually folded and allowed the occupation of the Sydney, in exchange for an end to the fighting. Most of the people of Sydney, and the occupied area have left, which is playing havok with Australian Infrastructure. Total Casualties: 45,000 Argentines. 38,000 Australians. 2,000 Australian Civilians. Spain: Spain has announced dozens of new wind farms, nuclear power stations and solar stations over the next seven years, and sources have leaked that Electric Cars are on the table. Switzerland: Has recieved World Presence(+2). Germany: Germany has announced a total overhaul of their Fuel Infrastructure, with a switch over to Hydrogen Powered Vehicles. This change over has been made possible by the recently developed Commercially Viable Hydrogen Power Cell, which is being rolled out across all German Car Manufacturies. This cutting edge advance has resulted in a major economic boost, of some 30%, as well as a reduction in Carbon Load by 60,000 Units! This acheievement has been marred somewhat by an increased security alert, and ID checks to buy eggs, lest they be used for terrorist ends. This, combined with the outlawing of Synthex, pending Government investigation, is causing considerable friction between the Government and its people, and there have been sporradic rioting, largely kept in check by the increased police presence. One peice of good news has been the discovery of a large Fuel-Air bomb in a truck parked near a GASP laboratory, and the interception of several parcels containing anthrax, explosives and poisoned cookies. Germany has taken this opportunity to tentively announce that Clear Sky will have to do better than this to hold back the march of Science, and leaked footage of Von Stahl and the interview with Clear Sky, shows Germany unafraid. If there is anything I have forgotten blame Retech, Paul and Dungeonal for bugging me =P

I'm a Woman, not a Hemaphrodite! I'm a Woman, not a Man! I'm a Witch, not a Warlock! (Not strongly related, but terribly funny)

The question is....Guy or Girl? Face Shape, lack of distinguishing features, and general colouring says guy. Hair says girl.

Faust: Hey, whats that over there, on that deserted rock, Lee? Lee: I don't know, would you like to hear a riddle? Faust: What about a riddle from over there? Lee: But I know a really good one! Faust: Can you just stand near this airlock? Lee walks off: If I have... Faust: IT NEVER ENDS!!! And the riddle is obviously a bad translation of a bad riddle...

It is far easier for me to engineer a war by saying the first country to kill 500,000 troops, of another player, gets 500 Billion instant IAD. Rarely, if ever, do I resort to 'Lol, your forces randomly attacked each other.' Also, that is the kind of attitude that gets you into such trouble...Like the man who gets stuck with a barbed fish-hook and rips it out.

Oh the hilarity this will cause in the update. Hey Doom, will do.

Germany: Germany has confirmed an outbreak of Smallpox to the World Health Organisation, which has damaged their prestige slightly (-1 world presence), and despite claims that they could contain it, they failed (-2 world presence). While Germany did it's level best to keep the population calm and safe, some radical left wing extermists decided that it was the return of facism, and decided to break into the quarantined hospitals to rescue the Jews and Gypsies which were 'obviously' being held captive. The situation rapidly escalated as security personal had been told to watch for another wave of biological attackers, and two of the extermists were shot while trying to enter the Hospital(-1 Moral Standing). Once inside the extremists found the isolation wards and, being ignorant of the dangers, entered to rescue the 'poor souls', before making a dash for freedom with the extremely sick people. With containment broken the virus began to rampage through Northern Germany. The WHO's (aside from giving a concert) vaccines were almost entirely ineffective at killing the virus, however this strain seems to have been derived from Variola minor, which only had a 1% mortality rate. In a seemingly unrelated incident, a nuclear bomb has gone off in Rostok. The bomb's blast pattern matches with Russian designs. Russia has denied any involvement in the incident (PM me if you want to talk to them). The Bomb, while serious, was only fifty Kilotonnes, resulting in a large crater near the center of town. The long term radiation damage is currently unknown. A group known as Clear Sky has taken credit for the Nuclear attack.(Their demands can be discussed over msn) The overall affect this has all had on Germany has been to push the population closer to their Government, what with the nay sayers having been proved wrong and terrorists/Russian plotting their downfall. Science Fiction is growing increasingly popular and people escape to a better future. The increased security has resulted in mildly reduced trade channels(no effect unless you do something else to restrict them), and has reduced the amount of drugs avalible in Germany, the upshot has been a new drug, known as Synthex, being developed. The long term effects are not yet known. Argenina/Brazil: In the Modern World, with our infrared nanotech satalites, we believe that things like 'who started a war' would be easy to work out. However in South America nobody, except perhaps the Governments of the two countries, know for sure who attacked who first. It began on a sunny afternoon in march. Argentina was doing some training manuevers near the Uruguaian border, when suddenly, and without warning naval artillary opened up in a fierce barrage of death dealing fire. The Argentian army, quite unprepared for this assualt, radioed for backup from the newly commissioned fleet...air support having been left out of the inital recruitment strategy. The fleet, flying by satalite guidance, intercepted the Brazilian fleet, but quickly retreated due to the Brazilian fleet being vastly larger. The Brazilian fleet landed on the Argentian Coast and began setting up beacheads. Meanwhile, the dashing Argentinian Commanders realised that the only way to stop the onslaught...was to go on the offensive, through Paraguay, and mobilised some 250,000 troops against Paraguay's weedy 50,000. Paraguay mobilised militas and their Government fled to Brazil. The Population see the invaders as a temporary evil and so have not resisted as strongly as they might have if it was a straight invasion. Still, casualties from the fighting have been around 24,000, with 9,000 Argentian's dying, verses 15,000 Paraguaians dying. The attack then continued into Brazil itself where it encounted resistance. A single division of 12,000 men made some flitful incursions into Chile, which were easily repulsed. The Chilian Government has demanded an end to these attacks or face their full might.* The Argentine Government has agreed to end the fighting, on condition that the Chilian Government does not ally with Brazil, Chile has accepted this and pledged to remain neutral during the war. Bolivia has appealed to Switzerland to send more troops, and has begun recruiting more of its own. In Brazil: Columbian and Brazilian forces have combined in the South of the country, launching a strong counter offensive of 150,000 troops and over 500 tanks. While outnumbered, and war more offensive to their collective mind(high prestige), the Brazilian forces had a combined arms bonus, thus allowing the attack to be fought off, with sizable parcels of land being lost to fighting. The casuality count has been: Brazil: 76,000 Men and 180 Tanks. Argentina: 65,000 In Argentina: The Brazilian force has been bottled up on the beacheads, with neither side making any significant gains due to Brazil's overwhelming naval barrages, which have more or less created a WW1 No-Mans Land which neither side can cross. The battle has been strangely devoid of aircraft, with neither side bothering to build any, despite both sides having spend ober 4 Billion Dollars on aircraft carriers. In any event the 20,000 Brazilians are facing an army of some 488,000 troops, with only the dense artillary fire holding back the Argentina hoard. 1,000 Brazilians were killed taking the beacheads and during the early days when Argentina launched some attacks, Argenina lost 3,000. Total Casualties: 77,000 Argentines. 77,000 Brazilian and 180 Tanks. 15,000 Paraguaians. *Chile has recruited 400,000 reserve troops and has begun building fortifications along the border...since it is such a long border it will be many years before even a sembalance of a decent line is built. South America Map: [hide][/hide] Gains are in darker shades of the owning country.

In Africa once, delighted to range, On the tail of my owner I sped! But now I adorn, oh wonderous change, Instead of the tail, a new owner's head. Without my first, I'd have you know My beard a frightful length would grow; Discordant noises from my next Might make you feel annoyed and vexxed; My whole's the best- you need not doubt it, For he's a rogue who is without it. Why is an oyster an anomoly? On a clover, if alive, erupts a vast, pure evil; a fire volcano. Erupt on Naomi? I moan, Not pure! O Geronimo, no minor ego.

At the moment is is just postponed, got the laptop back, got dropbox back So I am relatively set to start it up again, all I need is an extra 72 hours in a week and we are good to go =P In the meanwhile, have some relaxing music:
-
Needed a thicker line to go over all the bits =P [hide] [/hide] Just toying with opacity to get the hair right, ended up redoing the mouth and eye =P

[hide][/hide] My quick attempt to fix it up. I just went round the colour boundries with MSpaint paintbrush. Ideally what you would do is use the medium setting on the colour boundries and the small on the 3D lines. (which would be far easier if the lines are on a seperate layer) Oh, also cleaned up the mouth and hairline.
