I still love RS alot. I came back after a 3yrs break. Ok it stinks you can't help out lower RL friend players anymore with gear or items u give em for free. It's also a big problem that the skillcapes now are the most important part in game for many of the people. You can be L49cb and wear cook cape and insult everyone for being a 'noob' and get away with it. I personally don't give a rat's bottom about the capes. I just wanna make fun and see RS world from all angles. Merch clans, PvP glitch and many other things made the economy crash and the regular players like u and me are the victim from it. But on the other hand, gold has become way easier to obtain so it's also normal the prices have gone up. Nowadays you just gotta find ways to make cash and then use the cash to gain XP. While in the old days more people just gathered XP right away. I have the feeling people have gotten lazier and just wanna make many millions a day, instead of gathering XP themselves... Anyway, welcome back. Rs still rocks and there are still tons of place to have fun! Enjoy

I personally see no reason to talk about this. It's a stupid item and it's no real rare to invest money in for this obvious reason: Haloween masks & phats etc are items that came in the game ages ago and they were increasing very fast. I even remember a clanleader back in the days alching his phat set and putting the movie on the clan forums for showing his protest against the way people wanna pay outrageous prices for a 'useless' item. But point is: due to people quiting the game or getting banned for numerous reasons. The amount of these 'real' rares gets smaller and smaller. There simply is no way to bring new phats/h'ween masks into the game. So they are destined to keep raising in price. Mint cakes can be obtained by any member if you keep doing the mini-game. So there's no reason to pay multiple millions in junk for this item as it isn't destined to become rare. It will become more common and common every week since players are keen to gather them now. So be smart and sell em as soon as you can. Only point is: who has 5mil junk to trade for the cash? Anyway good luck and don't invest in this! I used my spare 24mil (a month or 2 back) to use a green mask (I already have a red one) and guess what: Red went to 54 mil (was 38m at that time) and green went from 23.5 to 43 mil... That's the difference between real rares and the mint cake things...

Just started this q and already stuck lol... I'm at the shadow graveyard in L21 wildy. I have to follow the zombie footprints but no idea how to do this. I can't inspect nor do actions on the existing prints and when I follow the route the q guide says it should, nothing happens. Any ideas on how to track footprints? Man I hate quests! Thx for the help! SOJ

Wrong wrong wrong... Maple long unstrungs are no junk. Maple logs are 29-30 gp each atm, buuuuut maple long (u) are 71 or something. Agreed it will decrease in value a bit if you sell more, but at a certain point they won't lower anymore. Do you call this junk? If you sell it to the general store you actually get the money you received in "junk"... So in fact you're just adding money yerself to the deal. I never understood the point of this junk idea.

Didn't even notice, but some in our clan like merching and making money with ge... (not merch clans ofc cause that is stupid) I just asked them and they didn't have an explanation... Sorry

I got a huge amounts of SC points. I mainly use em for smithing or craft but I wonder: if you take magic or melee gear does it also double your XP u get? Or what is the advantage from getting clay magic staff or scim of whatever... Don't tell me it's for the looks since it looks awefull lol

Lol u gotta drop it. This ain't even advice: it's common sense... If u need L40 to wear plate legs u can't solve the clue on pure with def L1... Besides what's the point of doing clues on a pure? It's designed to PvP not do things regular players do?

I've trained a bit on rc too before. Just wanted to raise a level and went to ZMI for the first time. I agree it's faster xp, but you get all kinds of junk runes for your ess. For me personally I like doing abyss better (making deaths) with a familiar. I got 50 deaths per run and sold the deaths I made a bit after for 410gp each... I like fast training but I like to be rewarded for it... Dunno why people always want fast xp but don't earn cash with it :(

Was exactly gonna say that. Yesterday (after reaching 85 slay) I wanted to farm these ofc as a reward for my patience. I farmed 50 or so till the Christmas update took please. After that I did the event with some RL friends and now I'm working on other skills. But if the event wouldn't have been there I would have continued farming the demons. Anyway, maybe later. But like stated before: you make better cash at dragons than at demons... I've calculated my invent value based on the +- 50 I did and it was way less than killing 50 blue dragons :)

I think for me personally the fact more and more macroers get caught, the PvP trick got nerved and I also read Jagex is gonna handle the merch clans... Best thing will be if the economy recovers :)

Of course I'll slay now till I get my first whippy, but tip.it says u can use the fairy circles to tele to another place where there are multiple abyss creatures... Is this a good spot or will Canifis tower be a better place? Thx for a reply... SOJ

Euhm, I usually wear armadyl necklace. Sara cape & zammy book as god items... The rest is whatever u like I guess :) The richer you are the nicer your gear...
