I couldn't say it better :) I never liked dragon anyway, and barrows is cheaper than d plate/chain + it has way better def (torag plate & legs has highest melee def) If you repair at your playerowned house it's cheapest. I do it everytime my armor reaches 25. The higher your smithing level, the cheaper the repairs are! :) Good luck!

I never tried with dfire shield, but I have always used mind shield till now. Might consides trying dfire shield, but all screenies I've seen so far from friends getting nice drops, are with mind shield...

I don't agree... I've always used zammy book when meleeing them. When I do Aviansies I wear zammy vambs but when slaying mages I prefer the zammy book since it also adds some bonusses to attack and covers a zammy item that is at least usefull <_<

Might be a decent id, since I've been making 1.2k laws & almost as much deaths. Will change to nats I guess... And btw I hate purple ;)

Well I'm just camping in the first room near the portal atm... Over half an hour has passed after I got the first one and still no second rock :'( I like it when Jages invents new XP bonusses, but I have to say I have doubts about getting XP while not actually training the skill. IMO you should only be able to get the strange rock while gathering XP. Standing in your house isn't my idea of playing RS! <_< EDIT: Ok I just got the second stone after +1hour! Luckily I went to get some alching bows and alched alot in that time. Anyway, last thing I'm doing now is runecrafting some more. 8 runs so far (2 charged glories) and no rock... But I won't quit :)

I'd go for moss giants too... Decent charm drops, big bones + seeds :)

I've farmed about 100 mith dragons. They ask a lot of cash to invest each trip (anti fire pots & p pots) and when your ranged/def isn't very high you'll end up being hit alot... I quit after 100 because I noticed I was losing money every trip and didn't end up with decent drops... Ofc it's all about luck and I know people sometimes get a good drop after 5 kills but not here, so no... Go for irons :)

not to mention they have a worse mining speed then a rune pick.. They have the same speed as a rune pick I don't agree... I mine alot and SC pick isn't worth it. It really is slower than rune pick + you gotta spend 20 minutes per game to get +20pts. Which means you loose 20 minutes of mining to get double xp for about 20 minutes. Makes it break even, so why not mine with r pick than. No id on the d pick question though :(

No problem, I'd do the same... But if I just farm them in Crandor dungeon I just kill whatever attacks me. I try to take a spot where 2 irons spawn but sometimes a steel will attack you anyway, don't bother running till irons attack you... Good luck :)

Ok so far I've gotten almost all the rocks... Some only took a few minutes like fish, cook & craft. Others seem to take ages. I guess there's no time table for them and they're just random but I do have my doubts. Yesterday I was running around 20 minutes in my house, no rock. Some elders here posted in a topic that a) the rock doesn't spawn in invent, but near the portal (d'oh as I ran around everywhere except near the portal) B) it won't work if u tele to house, you have to enter your home via the portal... I don't know if this is correct, but in the meantime I've gathered hunter & smith a little bit earlier and now I'm at my house again. I didn't tele straight to house and I've been keeping an eye on the portal. Almost 15 minutes have passed, still no rock :blink: Another rock that isn't coming my way is the runecraft one. Someone told me you don't get strange rocks from making natures/death whatever, but that u had to mine ess to get that one. Didn't sound logic to me, but I mined 2k pure ess and no rocks. Then I did 60 (!) runs of nature & death rune crafting, no rock... Any advice here on construct & rc? If I get these I'm done :) Update: after exactly 16 minutes of waiting I got a rock, near the portal. Without sound, the other rocks I got made a special sound the moment the rock appeared. This one appeared in silence, one left for construct :)

Well I saw stats recently of someone who made a program to scan adventure logs. There was a link posted to the results of that scan somewhere on forum here and there were more visage drops from irons than from steel dragons. Ofc there were no stats on how many irons/steels were killed, but I do think people prefer killing irons... I had steel dragon tasks blocked for weeks now, but after going to kuradal I changed my list. So in my case I've only killed about 200 steels and maybe 2k irons, so it would make sense if I get a visage from irons, because I never cancel that task. I also think visage hunters prefer farming iron dragons since they're easier to kill -> more kills per trip -> more chance for a visage drop... I've been unlucky so far with metal dragons: never gotten a decent drop... Especially not a dragon drop :(

I doubt you'll still reach 100k an hour rc'ing after u spent all that time on Herblore & summon... The double XP rate has already decreased by then I think...

I still keep 100% maples & the rest on herbs... I'll need maples later to get 99fm & fletch and I need the nests for farming... If the herbs don't sell it's no drama imo, u can still make pots of them and get the XP yourself...

About the construct thing I'm not sure... Just gathered many stones with certain skills but have been walking around in house a while now, and not one stone. Decided to offer some bones on my g altar and didn't get stones either. So not sure what to do now :(

I also sold alot of herbs I can't use yet recently like torstol herbs and certain herbs I see no point in making more like irits, kwuarms & cadantine... I noticed earlier they're not selling med anymore either... But I'm quite confident they'll get sold before the weekend :)

I wonder whether the xp you get from experience lamps will also double during the weekend? Because otherwise it could be smart doing some diaries the Friday before the weekend to get double XP the second you login and open all lamps :D

I think running to hobgoblin mine is way faster than crandor. Before there were revenants (back in the good days) I used to mined there in rune body, legs & pick and alch mith/addy bars...

It's not about being banned. It's about how people would think about you. I don't understand why people are too lazy to follow the rules and do things like they are meant to be...

My list of blocked creatures: -Kalphites: bad drops basically -Steel dragons: takes too long and it frustrates me I always hit 0's -Terrordogs: I've blocked em from day one since I don't wanna kill hundreds of beasts without getting drops -bloodveld: coz it's always crowded there & apart from the bloods/r meds their drops stink :)

I tried especially today and we were able to use altar with 6 peepz at the same time, so dunno who told u but it's a lie!!! ;)

Maybe use the clay hammers from stealing creations?
