I reached L85 slay last month... Did 8 weeks of non-stop slayer and tbh I killed over 500 iron dragons and NOT one dragon drop. Best slay drops so far were some black masks & some g mauls but I also had 5-6 assignments at wizards and didn't get a pair of d boots too... Or I'm unlucky or I just hope too much for a drop, not sure... Still I keep wearing it, I just hope now I can kill abbie demons my luck will change ;)

Definately not! It's stupid to invest in items that are obtainable. Ok there's luck involved to get it from quest, but the more high levels do clues every day, the more hats/boots will come in the game. I invest 43m for a red mask & 23.5m for a green mask and they've risen to +-60m (red) & +-40m (green) in three months time. Haloween mask raise and drop a bit but in the end they keep rising in value... I'd go for a blue mask and come back in a year... I bet it will have double in value...

You are an idiot They are not rare, we all know that. Do some research. They are hard enough to bring a large quantity into the game that they can have a controlled market price of several mil. That is why they are highly useful as a fiat currency. Euhm? Let's behave like normal people and don't flame others because of their opinion... Mint cakes are just some random item merchers suddenly decided is rare BUT it's no real use since you have to add 4.980K junk to receive 5mil for your mint cake lol... I got it too from the quest and i'll just keep it in bank for whenever the price raises a bit and I can get some cash for it... It's useless though...

If u do Kingdom Managing, it's also good xp to let your workers gather flax and turn these into strings. Cheaper flax than buying on ge and easy xp + profit

Depends I guess if you want a fast one I'd go for cook/fletch to get your str cape trimmed. Otherwise I like herblore the best tbh... Not too many people have it and it's good cash once u farm yer own herbs

Well then just be ready to do a few runs more :) Just wear the best melee armor u got... Yer melee stats are quite like mine :) When you use whip be sure to put it on slash (these are weak against that attack)... You can either use prayer/curses to last longer (there is an altar near to recharge when u bank) or bring a turtle to carry food...

I also do banshees, since these also drop nice amounts of p ess, which sells fast too and only takes one spot :)

True + u can pots str in F2P and not magic, so this makes magic underpowered...

I did larders, dunno why... Maybe coz idd it was closer to portal :)

Could u please add the minimum levels to do this? I know it's best when you have 99 ranged & 99 def & 99 pray bla bla... But I will do this quest tomorrow. Got 273 qp atm and tomorrow is the day for "WGS" But I got all melee stats L90 atm, 93 hp, 78 pray & 87 magic/ranged... Is this enough? I know I gotta up my summon anyways to use the unicorn so this won't do yet. But I'd love to know when I'll be able to try and solo them... Thx for an answer

Yeah 1k tokkuls average is high. I'd say 600 is more accurate :)

Well I don't really watch prices myself but I heard some clanmates complain their ss dropped a mil in a few days. No real good reason although I tend to believe the end of holidays might be responsible for this. Luckily we, as working adults, can plan holidays whenever we want and play whenever we want ;)

OMG u gotta be kidding me! I did the complete quest 2hrs ago and I found it really nasty. If I would have known then to make it take shorter in time, I would have done for sure! Dang!

I used it from 65-72 and I think it worked very well... Better than having to run from those $%# revenants :P

Shhhh, I got a raven egg from cutting magics. I put it in the incubator and waited till it hatched. I got this nice raven chick running behind my back all the time. I took it everywhere, even when I went slaying. But then I had to kill mith dragons and when I wanted to jump the whirlpool a message appeared saying I couldn't take my pet with me. Guess what I did... I dismissed it like u would dismiss your familiar! :wall: I'm such a noob :shock:

If you got the money use reds... You'll get 99 range faster

Ok lads, I'm almost done with the fremmenik hard diary. But problem is now I need to find a set of one of these armors to wear and get a compliment at relekka. Not such a big problem to do but it seems not easy to buy a set of this armor at ge. I bid the max price on all three sets but after 48hrs I still didn't get one. Does someone plz have a set I can buy for max and then resell you for minimum. That way you make over 50k (I got a 50k trade limit) and you help a fellow Tip.It'er... Well it seems it just isn't worth the efforts I guess doing all the work. I did 6 trips yesterday where I could not take out more than 6 per trip. I kept the d bones and now I see I killed 33 mith dragons yesterday. I got a rune mace & rune battle axe as best drops... I didn't lose money doing the runs since I fished my own sharks, gathered my own ranarr & snapes & I also made my own anti fire pots. So I just lost alot of time and had to remain very focussed. Anyway, I'll get the mangled bones instead so I don't have to worry anymore. I think it's better money killing blue/green drags than mith drags since yer never sure what you're gonna get from miths, but you do know what pots & food yer gonna waste :( Thx for the replies about the chewed bones lol...

Again lol: I want the chewy ones. I don't like the easy way in rl life and I don't like it in games either... I want the chewy bones :) So next one who replies, plz: I want to know how long it takes in general to get the chewy bones ;)

I know, I read the tip.it guides too, but that wasn't the question. I'm not after mangled bones, I want the chewy ones. I just need to know how many kills it takes in average to get em ;)

If I get em as a task I just range em with addy bolts... You don't need pray pots, only dragonfire pots and although it takes a lil longer than melee u don't need food/p pots so this is a cheap way to whack em. Good luck!

Ok after I got L85 slay and all skills to L70 I wanted to finish off all diaries. I did Fremmenik easy and medium today and almost done with hard... BUT I need to get chewy bones from mith dragons to finish the firemaking thing at Barbarian training. I've farmed 30 mith dragons so far ( best drops rune b axe & mace) but further than that I got some ancient pages and some regular drops. Is it worth keeping farming these for the chewy bones or are they an extreme rare drop? Don't wanna waste too much time here since my ranged & def aren't that high to get the maximum out of a trip (L87 ranged & 89 def)... Got nice gear and all, but still I only manage to kill 5-6 per trip and I don't wanna spend too much time trying to get the bones... Any ideas how long this takes in average? Thx alot! SOJ
