When the tree grows it has new limbs and such, doesnt just start as a mini tree. Also the horse and tiger needs to go up and down, mainly while running like that.

So.. how does it work? well, pixelers will enter, and they will each have to "outpixel" each other. in a 1 vs 1 battle. there will be a given theme, and thanks to our 3 judges, which ever pixelers pixel gets the higest rating moves on to the next round. there, a new chalange awaits. Sounds simple enough, but things are needed, first, we need 2 more judges to join me. but i dont except anyone, nope, you have to know a thing or two about pixels in order to become a judge, as having someone who gives everything a 10/10 throws off the ballance. Other stuff: Must it be RS related? No, i personally will rate higher if its original, but i cannot speak for the other judges Size requirement? Due to the ammount of time you will have to enter, the size can be anysize above 30x30, but you will get a higher score depending on DETAIL Must it be hand pixeled? Yes, and that means no autodithered work, and no gradients. i can sniff out autodither and gradients from miles away. here is a few I came up with:

I changed the pos of the leg and shaded around the jaw a bit. I didnt really like your shading too much on the legs because they seemed too smooth and the shirt because it seemed to "blotchy". I also went back a version.

Cool D&D rocks I usally play human and along with my friend a werefox human cleric/fighter. Of course, my human sorcerer did soon become an alienist and eventually mutated into what would now be written up as a half-farspawn, but he was plain human for a long time! anyway head looks nice but i guess you can always resize it if you ever want to use it.

his closest arm has a shadow behind it and the farthest arm is facing toward the sun so it does not really have one. Anyway i made the legs farther apart.

fixed a few things: added more contrast with water pants are shaded with more colors removed grass, left green for now untill i can get the shading if it down extened hairline increased lip area and shaded aroud lips made person slouch a little fixed up shading around face

well this is actually only my second full size sig that i have finished. Took me 3 hours on the grass, just get tired of making 2 px lines all over the places so it may seem that one side has more grass then the other. Any one have a better method for doing grass that looks good? Also if you dont know the little brown thing in the water is a snail. could you of just said "You could make the one in rune slimer and taller"? Anyway you should work on anatomy, specificly making them more like buddies. You should also make your line work more smooth. Anatomy tutorial here

try reworking the folds in the shirt, draws my eyes to them for the wrong reasons. I like your sand and your water is decent.

neck is slanted so head should be too drag chain doesnt come with sleves like that, look at ref stomach should be wider shoulders should'nt be too straight [bleep]es are on wrong finger/palm dont go togeather left hand is curvy right arm should be thicker at start and thinner at end, half of arm is straight

I like those black lines, gives it a abstract feel. I really don't, wierd is a quality that is fine by me. Done. I don't think you're going to go very far with that attitude... someday you're gonna run up against somone who says "Make me artwork this way... I don't give a waffle about your style this is how it needs to be done." At that point you are either going to turn down the job and preserve your individual style... or you are going to have to start working towards what some people might prefer in the artwork you are making for them. Your colors and shadeing are awsome and you obviously have a ton of skill in pixeling, I guess with that much talent you just don't care what others think of your art... :? I think he is doing pixels with keeping in mind the "2d game style". Since i last checked age isnt a insult, some people will act like a 12 years old for their whole life. Anyway for 12 he does some good artwork. I dont consider it mature anyway to insult people just because they wont give you what you want.

you could add more shades to your sky and add shading to the penguin. Also add a border like the other guy above said. Then i think you could call it done, alough it would look better if you filled up some of the empty spaces.
