41-41 is the max spec for the moment. 39-39 with a dds is the max spec for meleers. I've always been a meleer, and I think this was a very fair update. You can not be one hitted with the bow, and even if they manage to hit double 30s....you have the time to eat 3 sharks. This is the hally rangers have been waiting for.
