For the ring, you are basically asking us "no stats, less stats, more stats? which one is better" Ring of life isn't that useful. It gives you no bonus oher then a a small chance to survive. Onyz i has +6 magic attack and defense to other stats, but +6 isnt much really. Seers i has +8 magic attack. Much better then any othe roption.

I can't find any information on this. How fast is a sighted lognbow? Compared to generally known weapons.. Please? Also, can you remove the sight from bows to put on others? So, can I buy 1 sight and use it on both magic and maple bows?

Just get an arcane steam, staff of light, and use fire surge. You should be fine. And if someone does crash you, just come back with a friend and crash him.

Whatever you do, Don't 4-dose your extremes if you plan to use them in OVL.. Because you have to do them by hand, as they can't be noted and done in mass.

I've come to the conclusion that rune xbow has too short of a range. It is annoying how half of the time I get supreme on me.. how it all luck if supreme goes north.. What is the best bow with a long range? Crystal? Or could I use a sighted longbow? How many ticks fast is a sighted longbow, anyway?

For any type of prayer clicking, you need to have the prayer active 1 tick before the animation happens. So, if you cast a spell and flick SS on while it is in the air, it won't work. SS on before you "hit". Not "hit" as in when you see the damage, but it has to be on before you get the exp for that hit. That is when the hit is considered done. It applies with all type of flashing. For protection flashing, it needs to be done before your enemy starts their hit
