Use crimsons as the main training material that you use.. Make the best thing you can with them. Same with golds, but those aren't really good once you can make geyser titans. Greens... if you like money, and xp, don't use them. They are horrible gp/xp

Power armor has 5% less soak than tank. Thank needs a lot more, and power armor needs none

T90 tank armor confirmed from raids. Raids confirmed DOA. They need to remove typeless damage from the game in order to make tank armor worthwhile

8 minute larges? Man, I thought my 15-20 minute times were good xD Was referring to 8 minute solo meds That isn't relevant. Everyone does not have the same skill level... Additionally, 10 minute larges need an exceptionally good team to achieve that. Assuming 5 people are casually doing a dg, 15-18 minutes for a large is good.

It all boils down to how fast you do the floor. XP/floor and XP/hr are defined by your dg level. The only bit to worry about is floor speed. Smalls should be about 2:30, larges 6:00-8:00 depending on bad rooms. I personally did c1s for my frozens because I hate those puzzle rooms, and C6 meds everything else

I'm sad that there isn't any extra dialogue for Zamorak, Zaros, or Azzanadra. It's like, aside from the Town Criers at every loadstone, and the minimap for loadstone teles, there isnt a world event

I would say, any quest released BEFORE eoc, can be done with legacy, but every quest after, EOC is mandatory
