Only thing you want to keep in the back of your mind is that killing things is the best way to get money, and it is a capital idea to invest in the ability to kill things faster, for more, faster money :)

The best way to get points for livid is to use string jewelery on the livids. You can't hop between worlds to always find one that has the plants spawned for pickup, because unless several servers lag a lot, they are all within 1 cycle of each other. However, 1 tick lasts about 45 seconds or so, and the state of the farm is NOT instanced to you, but the world. So what you can do is try to find a world that is slightly faster than the others (you don't really need to do this). When the farm rotates to where you can pick and string the livids, do so, then hop to another world and you should be able to do so again. You can do this 3-4 times before the farm moves on

I'm going to pull some fame but believable numbers out of the air here. Say for every 500 monsters, you make 1 million coins. It costs you 1.5m to repair a main and off hand drygore weapon fully, so that is 12 hours worth of combat. By using dragon weapons, you are only able to kill 200 monsters per hour By using drygore weapons, you are able to kill 800 monsters per hour In order to repair your drygores to 100%, you need to kill monsters for 1 If you kill the monsters for a full 12 hours, you will have enough money to repair the drygores 12 times over. However, you would only need to spend 1.5m, so you would have 16m extra that you can buy whatever you like with So basically with drygores, 12 hours worth of killing something costs you 1.5m, however, in total, you make 18m! Now lets compare the performance of dragon weapons. They cost nothing to maintain, however are a lot slower. With dragon weapons, if we stick to the assumption you are killing 200 monsters per hour, you are making only 250k gp an hour. If you killed the monsters for 12 hours, the same time it takes drygores to fully degrade, you will only make 4.5m gp This assumes you get the same amount of GP per kill of the monsters, and 800 kills = 1m gold One other way to put it, if you want to set a goal of getting 20m in pure money, - You need to kill 16,000 monsters - With drygores, you spend only 20 hours killing them - With dragon weapons, you spend 80 hours killing them This makes drygores effectively FOUR TIMES BETTER than dragon weapons Any questions?

You can't be asking for advice on high end pvm if you refuse to upgrade your gear. The first advice you would get world be to upgrade from t60 armor and weapons

I'm semi guilty of not playing new content on release. Both for game breaking bugs and glitches, and I usually want to know what I'm getting into before hand. When I did FOTG, the only in-quest spoilers that I had heard was 'lore waterfall in your head' and 'omg mini nexes', and that was fine. I want to keep an eye out for things akin to the glitch when mobilizing armies came out, where it deleted any items you had in your inventory if you did the tutorial... I played DoD for about an hour before I realized it is 100% grindy and silly, and then I quit waiting for a guide for the chests and whatnot. Also the bugs that make steel armor harder to get.

I'd only be considering getting it for killing range araxxor. I have all the other combat auras, and with it lasting for 60 heals of poison and recharging in 1 hour, it doesn't seem too bad

I don't mind spiders. They kill all the other nasties. The only time I went full out spider murder is when I saw it on my ceiling. I was all "You're cool, you can live in my window, yeah, sure. Make a web right above my bed and I'm going to kill you." Went to bed the next night and it had a web all in the light fixture above my bed. Spider was dead afterwards.

Can anyone confirm that the usefulness of the poison purge aura is negated if you have an antipoison active?
