For upgrades... Order from first to last Extra ships, crew and captains, ship upgrades, lowest is other buildings. For scrolls, do them if you have no other voyages tip do, because you will not get allot of trade goods on the early regions

I'd say it is balanced in that, melee's damage boosting ultimate makes you take double damage and lasts 20 seconds over 30, and that you need to run into md every time you attack, meaning a mage or range can bind you and escape

If you don't have ROTM done, lets give the noobies a single spawn of each with a 5 minute spawn time. If you have ROTM done, you can go somewhere else where there are dozens of insta spawn spawns

Mithril dragons are super easy. All you need is bonecrusher, antifire and not even overloads. What I would like to see would be mobs as difficult as tormented demons, where one on one, it isn't too bad, but if you get more then one on you, you are going to be getting hurt. I would also like to see mobs with 100k or more health

OSR and RS3 are 100% separate games. The only difference is that they use the same account to log in to.

Go up to the stage, then click once at the entrance on the map to leave. If you are clicking too much you will click out of the dialogue and he will vanish after he appears

Also if you'd like to know, steel titans will use roughly 100 scrolls per hour of constant combat, assuming no spirit cape or summoning potions are used.

Use up to 500 scrolls on familar, right click their special bar and set the autofire rate to 1. That way, whenever the familar has enough energy, it does a special. The scrolls need to be on the familar. Not in your inventory.

You can repair the t90 power armor. But first you have to add a barrows, shadow, or third age dye to it.

If dragon bars were dropped at the same rarity as say, chewed bones from mithrils, there wouldn't be an issue

We don't know anything about 'dragon' items aside from them being red metal. For all we know, it could be some kind of ancient metal the Dragonkin worked with, and they could have infused the metal with a dragon like the others. Heck, it might not even be called 'dragon' at all

Would have liked to have told Zamorak that Zaros isn't going to seek revenge. I dislike Zamorak, but not that much.

Would also like to see a Dragon Dragon.
