  5. 1. I also find that blood is fairly hard, but once you get a feel for it, you can often enter ice with full health. What I do, on blood (I melee, but works for mage) is: - Do preparation BEFORE blood, so that you have your resonance up - While she siphons, do a res right after (and drop your prayer) and hope you get healed big - Debilitate - A combo; assault or asphyxiate - She should sacrifice; if so, be ready to escape. If she doesn't target you, preparation - More basics, if you're getting hard and under 5k health, do reflect - Cruor should be dead by now. If not, keep using defence (debilitate, reflect, res) - When ice starts, ANTICIPATION! You'll get prisoned, but you'll be able to do abilities, gain adr, and use cade/immort - If you're above half health, I do barricade. I always go into prisons with anticipation up, so I wait a second or two after the prison to use barricade, so it lasts until I can get prayer up - After prison, SPAM getting your prayer up and SPAM res. Afterwards, spam basic. Don't use anticipation until the next prison - When she contains, run away, do preparation, more spam. - About 2 attacks after contain, anticipation again. - The moment you can use immortality, use it. Do not wait. If it does not kill you, do not try to get killed by it, unless you're under 1k health. Immort has a 25% damage reduction and lasts 30 seconds. Very useful For zaros, rotate debilitate and reflect. Anticipate when you can. Reflect and flash prayer when you can. When you're full health, use rejuvinate. Only use barricade on zaros if you are really panicking 2. dual weild magic is nearly equal to T90 melee/range. If someone with chaotic staff wants to dps, don't let them. Staff isn't good. 3. I would say, no. Unless you have nex armor already, don't bother, because at that point you don;t have enough cash to spend on degrade-to-dust.

  8. Here is how I do it.. Send ships out at reset Check ships again at 6am, everything except trade goods are back in. Send ships back out Check ships 12 hours later. Still get 2x sendings of resources. Really, unless you're going to wake up for ships at night, rudder is useless.

  11. That's not the real issue, whether or not if people can change frequently. The real issue is how do you accommodate really complex bosses like KK or Vorago into the old system? What happens to voking, for instance? The answer is it's going to be an exceptionally hard thing to do even with a great balancing/developing team. Eventually they aren't going to be able to keep squaring bosses like that into the old system or they'll have to dumb the bosses down so they are simple enough so they can be shoehorned in. It's a tough spot. I undersand they are trying to get back some of the older players (I can appreciate their effort), but this is way too complicated and I can't see much good coming out of this. If you recall, Nex was out before EOC and it worked just fine. If they bring back the mechanic of Nex tanking on the player with the lowest defense, that might pose a slight problem, but everything else is manageable. Get pulled on smoke? Oh well. Get prisoned on ice, wow, you need to depend on your friends to get you out again!

  14. Melee has slash, stab, and crush. Magic has air, water, earth, fire. And range has arrow, bolt, and thrown

    1. All armor, aside from plate and legs, should be magic armor 2. Consider learning how to mage tank. You take a LOT less damage, but you can only do it every other phase 3. Ring of vigour. Your friend should be able to get through ice on two prisons, so you need to get enough adr to use baracade/immort 4. Use a shield. You don't need an offhand, unless your partner is very bad. You should NEVER use an offhand. You aren't for DPS. The most you should do is assault on blood. You need your HP. They are the ones to zerk and get redbarr'd. Not you.

  18. Okay, why not do something like, combine attack and strength into ONE skill; melee.
  19. Hey, how about something like.. (atk+str+def+hp+prayer+mage+range+summon)=combat level? If you are max'd, your combat will be 792 The color of the "Combat-Level xxx" will be based on your highest offense stat. If you have 99 magic, def, hp, prayer, and summon, you'll have "Combat-Level 495" If you are maxed and are using a range weapon, it will show up as "Combat-Level 792"

  21. Looks like Malevolent is glitched to only give 1 energy per piece. Not sure if this is in the beta and not the main game or not, though

  23. I'd like it if you could specify WHICH slots you want to use for revolution. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5? Why not 7, 8, 9, and 0? Or why not just three of them?
