I knew it was slowed when RS2 came out, but I have never used one so I couldn't say if it has been slowed again since then.

I have been called a strength noob... And if you look at my skills, my strength is the lowest of my melee skills... I get called def noob all the time, but never attack noob... I would just ignore it as they only say it because you have a better level than them.

We don't even need 80. The bump up to 72 we are requesting will suffice for quite some time. To be honest, I would be happy with just the rest of the partial row.

They are still random. "Improved chances" doesn't mean "more random events" necessarily. They are random because you have no idea when they will come.

Unless I am reading it wrong, it looks like you have mistaken the idea. It doesn't mean there will be only one server. There will still be many servers but you only get to use one. So, if you started on World 37, you stay on World 37. There is no longer a World 1, 2, etc. for you.

You can doubt it all you wish, but changing the past could drastically affect the future as elmo_killer6 said. That could mean that it changes so that you are never created, or maybe just so that you never find the book. In any event, that could lead into the loop mentioned.

This is actually a pretty good idea. It would limit the number of people getting it.

people just keep saying its random but none has any proof...i atleast have a "semi-proof" saying i got zombie a million times for example in 1 acc with less tahn 40 prayer and didnt even have 1 of the emotes nor full zombie in another with 52! aargh!It actually proves nothing. It COULD mean that randoms are, in fact, random. It COULD also mean that randoms depend on the account. But, the fact of the matter is that they are called random events for a reason.
